So I have a technical question. I have a Mark VI (2011) with 90k miles. I garage the car. Its full APR Stage 3, everything is APR except the downpipe which is ECS. Its a K04 APR turbo. Ive been told that all I have done to the car is it, noting else I can do to add to the current power/torque numbers I have. I am really interested in something like this with the E85 and surely there are other things I can do. Advice?
Water meth injection and e85. If you want to keep your stock fuel system you can run e30 however you will lose a couple pounds of boost when doing e30 since the k04 is basically maxing out the stock fuel system already, but your tuner will make up for it by the extra degrees of timing you can add from the e30.
So, the sound you are hearing is from a tube I routed from just before my intake into the cabin. Have you tried resetting the dsg’s auto learning? You turn the key but don’t start the car, put your foot all of the way on the gas pedal until you push the button on the floor with it and then hold it there for 20 seconds, then turn the key off while still holding your foot on the gas
