I would absolutely love to se a fully blended/remastered Orion with metallica and scorched earth orchestra. i've heard an attempt done and it's honestly haunting and beautiful. That you love thsi version says many great things.
I've been listening to rock since I was 6 and as I grew, so did the genres that I listened to and liked. I found out that I really liked orchestra. In my journey of music, I also found out that metal and orchestra mixed together is one of my favorite things ever. S&M, Advent One Winged Angel, and things like this are absolute gems to come across. I don't know if orchestra mixed with rock has a genre tile, but I'd call it Symphonic Metal.
Oh man now this making me wish they played this at either of the S&Ms Cause this is just beatiful I liked S&M a lot, and orion is my favourite metallica song, so this is just perfect for me
Picture this it’s 2019 you have an older Cliff Burton with short hair and a brown leather jacket you see him looking over his shoulder at the orchestra around him with a grin on his face you hear him start the Orion intro.
beautiful work. the harp with cliffs iconic bass riff was a really nice touch imho. and im in absolute love with what you did with the whole harmonics section - even cliffs solo. and then to end it with the original bass shredding until it fades, fantastic work. Brother, do NOT stop making these!
this is so good!! the part with cliff's bass solo made me tear up, and to hear his track to be the last to fade out is an amazing touch... i miss cliff :(
BROTHER YOUR REMIXES ARE THE BEST, THEY ARE ALREADY SAVED IN ALL MY PLAYLISTS AND I FEEL LIKE A MEDIEVAL ADVENTURER EVERY TIME I LISTEN TO THESE WORKS OF ART /m/
Hello, Luke! I think that you do a lot of work and it sounds great! But also I think that the these orchestra arrangements that playing on high octaves are overk.ill. The initial composition is more of a "darkness and drama". I hope for a version where a (professional) orchestra will be playing electric guitar parts instead of real guitars. Cheers and good luck with your composing works!
El: It was in the blink of an eye that the Upsidedown took Hawkins. It was in the span of a week that we took it back. As it's creatures die off and the crawl dissolves, the question of wether it's ever really over remains.
Amazing, it feels like this was the original purpose of the composition. To be transformed into an epic orchestra piece! What VSTs did you use for this?
Hi everyone! Check out my To live is to die ;)

The video is very nice, the music is very good and the Orchestra is not very bad ... 🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍🤣🤣🤣
Yo, could you possible put download links somewhere
Cliff died so young but he left some legacy. A song for the ages. A true classic.
Amazing!!
Thank you so much man
Cool to see you here, I love your work!

I've heard that ascribed to a fee bands at least, as a genre
This Orion song is amazing i give it an 11/10 :)
Agreed One winged angel slaps

I liked S&M a lot, and orion is my favourite metallica song, so this is just perfect for me
I'm happy you liked man !
I wonder why they didn't play Fade to Black and The Unforgiven as well. They'd sound perfect with the orchestra.
Thanks, now i never can hear the original again 👍

If only
…but I honestly can’t imagine Cliff having short hair; it just seems insane to consider. He’ll always be a long-haired dude in my mind
The ending with only Cliff's track fading into black is just a fantastic finish to your remake.... bravo!!
This is a masterful remix. Cliff Burton loved orchestra and I think this would have been the Orion-song in his mind. Great work! 🤘

Awesome remake. The orchestra makes me think this song is set in a medieval fantasy world
Deserves more views 🔥

Noice!
Amazing, it feels like this was the original purpose of the composition. To be transformed into an epic orchestra piece! What VSTs did you use for this?
Thx for the feedback man. I used "Symphony essentials" by Native Instruments
It is worthy
Classy. Maybe you could do a track from the unfinished 2nd Control Denied album.
Awesome Idea man
FUCKING AWESOME!!!!!!!!!
Nice fkn job man, just subbed and all, by any means you got the midi file for the drums?
Thx mate! Of course. Contact me on IG

Honestly reminds me of load in some ways
What software did you use for the orchestra?
Native instruments Symphony essentials
Feels like the theme to a James Bond film. Like Roger Moore meets Daniel Craig.
we need backing track version for guitars.
It’s too bad Michael Kaman didn’t arrange Orion when Metallica produced S&M with the SFSO.
🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟
sounds like it’s from a movie soundtrack
they shouldve used this in the new transformers movie
This sounds like Dream Theater haha
Its cool but i dont like it to be honest.
The drums got drowned out in the mix
