It’s very similar for lumbar curves! The strap will just be further down in the waist area

You can do the same for a lumbar curve! The strap will just be a little lower down.

Thank you for all your videos! Can you tell me what is the make of the ladder you have in the corner behind the spine replica? Is it bolted to anything?
It's a swedish wall ladder and I got it from Amazon. It's fixed to the wall with 8 big screws.
