Mam thank you making these amazing lecture. I found some problem 😕 You forgot to describe chilled ethanol for isolation of pure DNA . heat shock method for inserting rDNA . At 1:18:38 If replication take place from 5'-3' then why primers attach at 3' end. I hope you will solve my doubts.
