    Thanks. RUclips is full of lock picking videos saying I got counter rotaion on that pin but not many that actually explain what it is for us newbies

    10 years late but that actually (in between the focsu shifts) helped me visualise what 'false set' and 'counter rotation' are. Bravo

    Does counter clockwise tension on a padlock work the same way as that one?
    Will I still get counter rotation and whatnot?

    Does the counter rotation apply to all locks with tumblers.?

    @mamolian Yes just in case the something goes wrong....................but ive picked all my door locks in situ so cant talk but just be careful you never know may bust a spring or something .

    Skip an go to bosnianbill he acually explained. This vid Not explained on what type (spool) and why you let off to drop the next just showed what it looks like wich is partial explanation
