My thought's exactly. If there isn't a sign for everyone to see saying its organic, then it probably isn't...unless he bought it from one of the 3 actual farmers in that entire market...if they farmed it themselves, I'd be more likely to trust them on their word (because I know organic certifications are not easy to come by, and can be expensive for small local farmers)
I made the move to be with my GF in Northern Ontario. Everywhere you go you meet people saying thank God I don't live in Toronto anymore. lol. One breath here is like 5 in a city. You get so much oxygen. Jogging I really notice the difference. Only downside is the mines have polluted all the water with arsenic.

gotta tell you guys, i just moved to canada a few months back, its not what we thought it was. place is dangerous, not like the states dangerous - dangerous dangerous. in the states you know that stuff is going down the same place it went down last week and the same place its going to go down next week. in canada, it is going down everywhere, no rhyme or reason. no "over there" or "that side of town". and these guys love crosswalks, they revere crosswalks, how am i supposed to wait at a cross walk when theres a guy smoking a glass pipe standing next to me and another guy yelling at invisible people - im walking. another thing in canda is that women are not afraid of men. you know how your always trying to get in front of the woman walking in front of you so that shes not uncomfortable? a woman in canada will be walking towards you, then do a random uturn so that not youre walking 5 feet behind her. even had a couple women come sit next to me on a bench - that never happend before, i was actually suspicious like something was about to go down. then they got this weird thing, at least in hamilton. there are random clothes everywhere, just lying in the streets. everyday you go out you will find clothes, but no one has ever sen who drops the clothes. i asked everybody about the clothes and everyone knows about the clothes, but no has ever seen where they come from. well guess what!? i found a clothes dropper and witnessed it myself! he just randomly pulled some clothes out of his backpack and started throwing them everywhere, and i said "why are you doing that"? and he said "its ot a big deal, you just got to wait for the universe to absorb the colors". then it started raining and i didnt have an umbrealla and he said "dont worry, i can use my handicap sticker to make it stop". whoa!!!!! canada is pretty wild, ive seen more stuff go down here than i saw in the states, mexico or peru. i mean everytime i leave the house there is something happening.
I don't know what I just read. Or what the take away from this is. Either you are the crazy one or a bunch of weird circumstances have been surrounding you in a short amount of time and you are very observant. I've been working off Hosmer in tacoma wa. And the first hotel property we had now there's four on this street alone, 2 people died before we got everyone evicted. Within a month span. Most the people walking up and down the st . Are smoking something on foil and wonde4ing back and forth all around.
i have no idea why ... your comment is one of the funniest I have read in quite some time ...."I actually felt suspicious like something was about to go down" when some women sat on the bench beside you. I laughed at that scene, while sitting in a fast food joint.
