I really thought he had died when they were filming her on the sofa
niamh that’s so not funny
@@jessie5279 pretty sure it wasn't meant as a joke either. I thought the same thing. They way they filmed it was really really mean
Jessie Davies i’m not suggesting it is?
@@jessie5279 Why did you think it was meant to be funny?
Jessie Davies ur fat and you have a lisp stfu
‘he’s my best friend, if he dies I don’t know what I’ll do without him’ that hit me like a truck...
Thank God he is better now. And thanks to all the medical professionals who responded quickly and saved his life ❤️

Zinnia Lorant-Pryor god did everything he could’ve taken his life if he wanted but he gave another chance
@@mohammadrahman1447 god made it happen first. Anyway I dont believe in God. Thank Earth and thank the doctors more than anything else when it comes to what they do!
idk blah you can thank doctors but even they will admit they’re never in 100% control. Only god can be in 100% control.
when the camera panned over to show the empty bed I was like "don't you DARE". omg the hallelujah I shouted when he appeared woke my dad up lool
Ha ha lol I was thinking something similar at that point in the video 😋
My dad plays ice hockey with him and my brother and I were in the stands that evening. It's was so scary..
Oh God, I'm so sorry you had to see that. Seeing people like that is really scary but thankfully he's ok and I hope you and everyone else there are ok xx
Course you were
Ye ok pal
what team does he play for if you don't mind me asking, im so glad he is on the mend now
@@lewisyoung2973 Deadass was mate. Team is called London Devils and it happened at Alexander Palace
one of my classmates in secondary school basically dropped dead during practice, but because our coaches are trained in AED and the fire station was just across the street from our school, they managed to save him. he was only 16 at the time, and it happened on the first day of school. my best friend's younger brother witnessed it, and we had a huge rally for the first game that team played and wore special shirts the first day he got back to school after he recovered.
I’m so glad to hear he’s doing better. I lost my dad 11 years ago to a massive heart attack from an inherited heart condition. We were so close and I miss him every day.
Bruh somebody in his 20s had a cardiac arrest that's scary I hope he gets better.
It isn't that rare. I had a friend whose little sister died of a heart attack at 7. Was running around laughing and playing and then just fell to the ground dead.
I had a heart attack at 17.
Zinnia Lorant-Pryor that’s awful
CringeFest is it painful
Morgan Kelly it’s a squeezing pressure on the sides of your ribs, I don’t remember any pain or much else though.
Oh, man....how cute are they as a couple??!!!! So glad they got him help in time and figured out his condition. I hope they live long lives together. 🥰
So glad that Corey is still with us. All the best
2:48 my heart literally fell out of my ass
Interesting.
You should get that checked out
Are people not seeing the ‘near fatal’ in the video title?? He’s not dead
My heart nearly dropped when they said he suffered a second one 🥺
Life is extremely fragile & we cannot take anything for granted! People think we are immortal & watching this video show life is precious!
My mother has also the brugada syndrome for many years. Thanks God Her heart never stopped beating. I hope this guy will live a normal life :)
How did your mother get diagnosed if you dont mind me asking? Did she have a cardiac arrest first or ?
@@josephcarroll1923 oh it's ok I can tell you 👍 she went To hospital because of palpitations (I don't know if it's the exact Word ahah I'm french) and did an electrocardiogram. They thought she was having an infarctus but it wasn't the case. Soo she went To a cardiologist who made the diagnosis. And we have already two members of our family who died young of a cardiac arrest but it was in the 70's the brugada wasn't yet discovered.
Glad to see he’s up and running again. Inspiration at its finest
Very strong guy, seeing him running like that at end amazed me
This is why I'm going to take a first aid course through the NHS so if I'm out and about and something happened I could take the appropriate action to help the injured person
Держись парень , всё будет хорошо..

Poor Corey. At least Alice hasn’t lost him and Corey is still alive. 20 is still very young for a person.

i have never felt such relief when cory walked in jesus christ bless him
Thanks to the amazing work that the nhs do for us people like him are alive
Lol the shock on my face when Corey started speaking in an American accent
when he came out when they was filming on the sofa just know i was SHOUTING WITH JOYYYY!
So glad he pulled through
I think this was one of the worst cases they've ever had on the show in the 10 years or so the series has been on tv-Really shows how you shouldn't take life for granted and that stability can be taken away in an instant
Stay strong mate illl always ne hoping and praying for you we are lucky we have such a braillanly great health service here in the uk ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Those 84 dislike are probably people that don’t have any social skills and heart
man when he was running he looked so fit and healthy, i would have never expected someone like that to have gone through such stuff, or still is going through.
My sister is in hospital today she's saying that she loves us And doesn't want to leave us but good news came in she managed to live now
Can't imagine the stress of having to live with that
I watched this episode last night but missed the end, I’m so happy this young man is ok. His poor wife had me in tears 🥹 x
This new girl who joined my school who I became decent friends with had this and at the beginning of lockdown she passed away...
I am so sorry for your loss ❤️
I have Brugada Syndrome, it’s very scary to live with everyday 😔
my best friends mother has Brugada Syndrome and her life is very hard as the days go on, all the best.
Have you had an ESP to determine ICD need?
You must a be strong person to be able to withstand such a rare sydrome. I wish you all the best in life and hope you live your life to the most and keep spreading the word, bc many people have it and just don't know yet.
I had it since age 4 and at age 10 I was listed for a transplant just 9 months ago I got a transplant
You poor thing
Deberían traducirlo a español para poder entender lo que se dice en el video 📹
I love that he was running. Gotta keep moving.
It’s so terrible that there are so many illnesses for which there really isn’t a treatment. People just have to live with it and hope that a cure will be found in their lifetime before something bad happens to them
Unfortunately me, my mum and my sister has Brugada Syndrome. My other sister passed away from it when she was 11
Oh my god I’m so sorry that’s horrific.
me who plays ice hockey: imma watch this now
Literally me as well

At the end when Corey grown up started talking I started to cry
Brugada Syndrome. My daughter went into Cardiac Arrest at 18 and was subsequently diagnosed with this. She's doing great after having a defibrillator implanted.

What an absolute legend
Thank the lord for saving this man amen thank you lord and Jesus bless him
When they said about his second cardiac arrest, my heart actually stopped. I thought he died.
Edit: poor choice of words
Дай Бог тебе здоровья!
ALLAH YAR VE YARDIMCINIZ OLSUN

They sure know how to frame the shot in the end to make it seem like the subject might have not made it. It happens all the time but I forget every time I watch.

I'm having chills
Its saying on the news loads of people getting rushed to the hospital cause of injury thats why we send warnings and inappropriate language sign i will definitely not let myself die or my family
Only Britain can find something depressing about everything, can’t they?
I see HEMS medical team attended to him. Probably what saved him too
Best call they could make with his condition
jeune homme je vous souhaite une longue et belle vie
DIOS siempre tiene el control saludos desde Paraguay
In Australia if someone in their 20s say heart attack they would think it’s a joke and impossible for a young person to get one. Once I fainted from irregular heart beat turned yellow then blacked out the first ambulance crew came the man said I look too young and healthy and walked off thanks to the 2nd crew that did vitals and found what’s wrong the guy didn’t even do vitals or touch me that’s Australia
That's very hard to believe. Australian paramedics are incredible, selfless people with a duty of care to their patients. Not a single paramedic I know would fail to take vitals based on someone's appearance or age. If this is true I hope you reported them and followed up, as that individual clearly needs re-training.
No need to report - a second crew called to the same patient within 24 hours automatically triggers a review. He would lose his job for doing satellite observations which would be very clear from patient testimony. Given she said nothing about this I have my doubts too.
Thank God his alive is just prayers every day your life to thank God
Shut the fuck up, these doctors saved his life
Er, if there is a God then God either gave him a faulty heart (botched the design), or is a sadist and likes messing around with peoples lives. As 'nearly legit films' said so eloquently, perhaps thank the doctors and not God who was the one who did this to him.
Why am I binging this
Skating can be very dangerous. Although I'm actually a figure skater, not hockey, I have been involved in some dangerous situations. It can end badly sometimes as you can see with this poor guy..
Stepping out the front door in the morning can be very dangerous.
Am surprised he’s running
One lucky guy
pray you have a long happy life with you're wife and maybe some kids ay :)
Im sorry but that bridge in the opening shot terrifies me
Is Corey still OK ?
Ahhhh you little buggers, showing those cards as you tell us he’d had another heart attack before letting him walk in moments later.
Why are footballers getting paid more than these amazing people?!?! They do more for the community than they do !!!!!
Was not expecting that accent
4 minutes ? what happened to the full episodes. Did they get pulled ?
Last thing I expected was Corey to be american
Sea Banana He sounds more watered down Irish to me than American.
@Nicky L He is Canadian and a relative.
