Sugar is in so many foods that we don’t even realize. And you’re right, don’t deprive yourself if you want something but over time your body craves the healthier choices.

So I Googled so much, and I get extremely bloated from artificial sweeteners aswell, I have horrible cramps after consuming it. Come to find out that sweeteners can kill the good bacteria in your gut (not just artificial sweeteners, other things we consume can kill the good bacteria aswell). I read somewhere that a probiotic could help. I have used probiotics ever since and have not had a single cramp since. It's crazy.

Question: Did you also cut out oats? I too have the eternal gut pooch no matter what I do. I already don’t eat a lot of bread or pasta, but I do have some rice and usually a serving of oats for breakfast. It’s easy enough for me to cut those out as well.

Why don't you try physical therapy. Definitely can be healed/fixed. you probably need a boot. Go to an orthopedic. My daughter had something similar. Her injury was further down the foot on the outside also.. Her injury stemmed from the stair master. It was a stress fracture. Over use. Don't neglect it. It will heal messed up. Scar tissue and arthritis will settlle in. Carbs hold water, hence the bloat!!!! Alot of times when there is oil in the capsule, its because its fat soluble. supplement.You need fat to have the best absorption.. Just like my vitamin D3 and K2 capsule I take. It also has a bit of coconut oil for absorption. So you can take it on an empty stomach.Cause you would typically would need to eat fatty food with it for absorption No cut the crap ot. Processed crap, grains, white bread waffles bagels. The weight will fall off.Increase the healthy fats!! Just don't cut back on "protein"!!.You will lose muscle tone and get dimply skin, skinny or not!!

A diet is a diet and diets don’t work. They are not sustainable. Any form of restriction will spiral into either disordered eating, weight gain or both. Eat what makes you feel good.
Hi Christine! Watch the actual "diet" part. As I say, it's really a non-diet... I'm eating what makes me feel good. healthier choices, not depriving myself of anything, not counting calories. Just cutting back on sandwich bread and unnecessary breads that arent worth it. More of an adjustment, not a strict diet.
Lol I bought those Sherpa Steve Madden sandals a while ago from Macy’s on sale, when I saw them I was like “this reminds me of Tiffany’s couch I love so much” lol they were so comfy I paid full price for the black ones as well 🤪

If you like pasta they make a pasta from chickpeas that is very good. It comes in a red box. It's a even better flavor.
