Interesting vlog🙂…somehow I lost a kilo today doing an hour of squats, low weight lifts and some core strengthening. I’m sure enjoying the activity makes all the difference to motivation. Ha! & a reward of eating tasty chicken 🍗
Are you still trying to lose weight, or are you gaining muscle now? just curious because you definitely don't look as if you need to lose anymore weight man.
You look great right now. When you shift to bulking up, just don't overdo it. Some of those bodybuilders are overbuilt and nasty looking. Personally, I don't even think you need to bulk up. Bulking up isn't always better. You should just stay exactly where you are. Thats just my opinion.
You're right. Good point. I would just say do what's best for you and encourage you to go the healthiest route. That seems to be what you're doing. You're a smart guy. I love hearing you talk about just everyday stuff. You have a lot of stuff to say and it's good to hear.

Did you used to be overwheight? Isn't there a pool or safer way to practice your back flips??? Ahh makes me nervous!
