Impressive! Nice 👍🏽 job. I did that smart siren it was a pain but easy enough. Downloaded service manual it was only $39. You might wanna do that so you get your torque specs rt specially on those riser bolts, I would look into some stronger riser bolts and polyurethane riser bushings. It will dampen any extra vibration from going a little taller there. Bike is looking sick Tim!

Doesn't bleeding the brakes from the calipers introduce air into the system? I have a 2022 LRS and that's the only thing preventing me from doing my own risers. I'm terrified to get air into the ABS.

The Lucky 13's are so clean! The ride feels perfect now, it was good before, but now I can ride all day no problem. This mod is some work to do it yourself, but well worth it!

heazy87 that’s a pretty good ride right there man I feel your pain. I did similar mileage last week and even my hips were hurting. The bars definitely Help with the back pain, forwards or highways pegs may be the way to go for longer stretches

Your gonna love it bro! Just take your time, good thing with the stock bars is you dont have to pull those wires out. And dont forget to disconnect the battery to avoid engine light :)
How long was the install from start to finish? What all extensions did you need? Clutch cables? Brake lines? Im thinking of going the same route with my future build.
Little less than 3 hours and that’s because we kept the stock handlebars. In the beginning portion of video I show the receipt of all the wires I got. I will address this in the next riser review video and also post the parts in description.
I got you Ravi! It's not a perfect match, but to be honest I love them. A friend saw them and thought it was made out of wood because of the color, which I thought was cool because I like the organic look.
Man, I love them Paul will be doing a full review once I get more rides in. But so far the position is very comfortable and I actually love the color, goes with the browns on the bike and it stands out but not too much.

IDK, your bar seems to be sitting higher, and maybe it's the angle of the camera. I have 20 LRS and recently purchased a 10 inch pull back riser with a thrashin mid bend bar. Currently, I am sporting with a 14-inch dominator Tbar. Hope mine don't go up as I am seeing on your video.
I think its a combo of the wide angle and at the time of this video I had them angled high. Ive adjusted the angle of the bars and its def an improvement.
What is that aluminum looking material between the riser and the handlebar. I that for additional grip? Are the handle bars knurled at the clamping area?
Those are the polyurethane riser bushings you will definitely want to purchase for a smoother ride with less flex in the bars. The handlebars are stock and knurled as well as the clamps
Hey, I think it's just discoloration on the stock bars where the knurled clamping points are. There's no black powdercoat in those two spots. The bars are knurled. I am not sure if the riser clamps are knurled. Isn't really visible on the website images.
Tim thanks for the video. Question, why did you go with such a long brake line? Couldn't you have gone shorter, if so how much less. Do you think 23" you have worked? Was the clutch line 39" ? how did that fit? Thanks

Not even kidding I have watched this video over 20 times. Can I use the stock riser bolts or use new hardware to mount to the triple trees? Asking because you switched to polyurethane bushings. Heard it might require longer bolts. Also do you think brown risers will look good on chrome trees and bars? On a 107 fxlr
I went with Big Al’s Riser Bolts and the polyurethane bushings is highly recommended. And I think that would be a killer look actually! Double check on those brown ones because last I checked it was sold out in 8 inch

Had mines raised to 8 inch total included with the stock handle bar set and straight line it is fabulous but turns especially tight turns take a little longer and have to reduce speed. Serms like i lost a little control with manueuvering the bike around.
Lovin the risers with the pullback and I have rode a few thousand miles on them. It brings it closer so I'm not reaching and I have less shoulder pain on those longer roadtrips.

Hi Ian! For the wires they are from Guerilla Cables , I guess not all Harleys carry them. You should be able to tell them how high you are raising your bars and they could provide you will all the extensions. Have you solved this issue? If not, please message me on IG and I will send you a picture of all the parts, I saved the bags. As for the seat, it is the Harley Sundowner Seat and its awesome! My lady can ride all day on it. I also got the whiplash gambler which is my everyday seat and also great for 2 up. If you are looking to spend less than go with the sundowner! Also, I have a video on the whiplash if you want more details.

I had to do the same on a 2020 street bob. much easier with a buddy.. i have the same rise and the riser pushed me back making the ride feel more comfortable. in my opinion, i have more control of the bike with shorter risers but i also feel more stretched out making the ride less comfortable. taller risers are the way to go
Nice, I love the street bob! Im still trying to get a feel for it, but loving them so far. I did have to adjust my controls and rotate them to be in line with my wrists and that seems to have helped a lot. But I Love the chill riding position it puts you in.
Whats up, I am 5'9". Are you using the stock handlebars? If you are looking at my GoPro footage remember it is distorted on the edges so it appears the bars are higher.

You should do your levers in that bronze color. Little shaved levers. If you can’t track don the color most powder coaters can do it.

What’s your total bar height now?
Sup Matt, the risers are 8 inches, not sure with the handlebars. Maybe 10? I will bust out the tape and measure this for you in the next video :)

How tall are you? I've ordered 8" Biltwell swept back risers for mine and they don't seem quite as high as yours? I'm 5' 7" with a 30" inseam.
Whats up, I am 5'9". Are you using the stock handlebars? If you are looking at my GoPro footage remember it is distorted on the edges so it appears the bars are higher.

I could not find the official specs even from big als. I asked them and they said super tight and use loctite...so thats what I did lol

30 to 40 foot lbs is the torque spec in the service manual. I just checked so it's straight fron the source. But do your research 👍
