I got a new low rider s.i replaced tires because of our new zealand road conditions,I changed handle bars.forward controls,2into1 exhaust,131 kit& it runs beautifully&goes hard.love it.
125mph, so almost like a small 8k new price 600 regular naked bike or sports bike ? That's like 2nd gear on modern 200hp plus 1000cc bikes (Aprilia RSV4, Bmw S1000RR and the Honda CBR1000RRR SP does 90mph in first gear) And for the H-D torque argument, try a 225Nm Rocket 3R, 140Nm Super Duke R, 150Nm ZZR1400. Or classics Triumph Speed Twin, Bobber Gold Line
I'm a dual sport guy (KLR650) now, I've had a couple of sport bikes in my younger days (GSXR600 & CBR600) but I've never had a cruiser. I have to say that's a nice bike.
My 1st Bike was a 1979 Lowrider $5100 out the door! New York to California & back solo twice ! The old shovel head, never had any mechanical problems & I rode it Hard! Love this 1, I definitely will be getting 1, but probably 3-4 years old because of a cash problem’ The new big motors has to have slot more torque & speed! Awesome Machine! Be Safe
Hey man i bought mine like 2 month ago and that weird wheel vibration in the front wheel was pretty bad on mine so i changed the tires for some Avon Cobra and now it rides a lot smoother. Peace men love your videos ride safe 🤘
@@FattyMcJason Yeah! Me too but they switch the wheels from another low rider s they had in stock but that vibration was still there and they were saying it probably came from like the pendulum (dont know if that is the correct Word i speak french ahah) in the engine that cause the vibration. So i tried To just cut the engine off at like 65-70 mph and i could still feel the vibration so they finally change the tires for something else then those michelin scorcher! But there is a little vibration between like 45-55 mph but with the new tires its just so much smoother, before that mine was no joke.
I just bought a 2021 street bob and now I kind of regret not buying a low rider s....but still love my street bob...or maybe ,just maybe.... one day I will have my all black road glide special....maybe!
Trust me I traded my 2019 road king special that I had a stage two on for this, because I still owed my bill came to 22500, well worth it since the king is way more, but so heavy. Since last November this bike has been everything . Best bike Harley has done since the Dyna
I was wanting the road king and settled on the street bob... went in and sat on the lowrider s and I was sold. Ended up taking one home the very next day. Its a beauty of a bike. Love it!

lol yea man i was filming a video and then had to take the wife to target. and %100 ill be there next wednesday. and he text me and mentioned someone asked him for me
As a Harley tech. We've had a few people complain about the front end vibration or "hop" as some people have called it. It's just because of the inverted forks. It's inherent with that design. I haven't heard of that issue on other inverted front end equipped softtails so the reduced rake might have something to do with it as well
its kind of weird that they are called inverted forks on these bikes. on dirtbikes, they are calles forks lol. i didnt even realize a lot of harleys are different until i started hearing about "inverted forks" on youtube. interesting
They may have looked better but the monoshock design used on the new one is a much better performer. The Dyna platform can’t compete with this new Softail S
Greetings from brazil. The close we have from the Low Rider S is the 883R iron and the 1200 sportster. Nice bike brother. Love to see it. God Bless, stay safe.
You're making good content Mr.BlueSkiesClearSkies aka Mr.DirtyJersey. Loving my FXLRS too, I really appreciated a couple of your Street Bob/Fat Bob comparison video's. It's great to see someone making regular videos on the Low Rider S. From Australia, keep up the good work!
I tried one recently ( the dealer finally got one for test riding) ... I thought : if it rides as good as it looks ... I'll tell you what, it rides even better ! It's an amazing bike, it can do everything and does it well ... the saddlemen seat you have put on is a great choice ... I'd put higher raisers ( 1 inch or 2 )
Just picked up this bike today. I plan to modify it later, it's so nice stock. Lol it does sound like a sewing machine though. Previous bike was all clubbed out Dyna Street Bob, style is outplayed now imo. Great thing is there is so many custom routes to go.

Have a well upgraded Dyna 103.... Test ripped the new low rider S. It was so shit I walked across the road to an Indian dealer and bought an FTR1200 and kept my dyna.
It's because of the mid controls. Us short inseam ppl cant deal with forward controls. I have a 14 fxsb and probably going to trade it for a lowrider s

yea i was looking at those extenders and it will only cost me like $15 so i might try that first before i buy risers. and yes ill have the livewire for a full day.
I Got 40 grants in the bank for a Harley and i want s low rider s. But in denmark are the taxes so Got damn Crazy it costs 50 grants. So when you Said it only costs 20 grants in us i laughed so Big. Cant even get a dyna from 2004 for 20 grants. Youre lucky as F bro. Cool looking bike! Bad as hell🤘🏼😎
Beautiful bike mate, only thing for me is not keen on the screen your running, I prefer the look of the stock speed screen. Here in Australia these are nearly $30K on road with the stage 1. Love the videos by the way.👍🇦🇺
No way dude. I traded in my XG500 at gasoline alley for a good price, only had to pay 18.5K after trade in for a brand new bike. Helen was my saleswoman, the team was amazing too. Go for a test ride if you can.
Yeah you’re getting bent over for 30k. Would easily get stage 2 with some extras around that price. Check out the LRS that Canberra Harley has on Bikesales, 32k, upgrades bars, stage 2, forward controls etc.
I have a 2017 Dyna Lowrider S that I've spent a fortune on upgrades and I honestly don't think I could part with her for a 2020 S. They don't come with cruise control for some reason. I think they should've made the 2020 Lowrider S like the Dyna Lowrider S and put some CVO parts on it like the engine. It should've had the 117ci stock with cruise control. I do like the inverted forks though. I have 134HP and 147ftlb of torque. My Dyna S is so much fun! Ride safe!!!!
All that work to the scoot and you still have the bicycle reflectors on. LOL All good man, just messin', my FXLRS wants to be like yours when it grows up. And that vibration is REAL. My dealer said they couldn't duplicate my concern on a test ride...yeah. Keep up the great content!
Yeah man; stage 2 that 114. Really wakes it up. Noteworthy difference. Also drastically improves the sound from the rhythmic sewing machine to loping galloping beast. Very nice scoot bro.
Once you said that the Low Rider had a 30 inch RAKE and that this bike has a 20, I stopped the video and realized that all the other mistakes that you stated in the past are actually pretty consistent with you still learning about Harleys. Good luck with your channel though and I wish you well...

Best part of it all 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
@@Marvelkid87 absolutely, it's hard trying to figure what to buy next you want to buy everything you see, haha.
Oh you have no idea man😅
Haha oh I do. Fairing will be in today, should have the exhaust you recommended in a couple weeks.
Beauty bro enjoy it, some day for now I just stick with my Iron 🤟 ride safe
thank you. and youll get there dont forget i came off a 883
Who made your fairing? I am looking to add one to my Low Rider S.
Pretty sure he's using a Memphis Shades - Road Warrior
memphis sahdes
Beautiful bike mate, only thing for me is not keen on the screen your running, I prefer the look of the stock speed screen. Here in Australia these are nearly $30K on road with the stage 1. Love the videos by the way.👍🇦🇺
Thanks
No way dude. I traded in my XG500 at gasoline alley for a good price, only had to pay 18.5K after trade in for a brand new bike. Helen was my saleswoman, the team was amazing too. Go for a test ride if you can.
Yeah you’re getting bent over for 30k. Would easily get stage 2 with some extras around that price. Check out the LRS that Canberra Harley has on Bikesales, 32k, upgrades bars, stage 2, forward controls etc.
What cam are you thinking of putting on?
not too sure yet ill be shopping around for one next month
What fairing are you running?
Those are nice bikes, but I'm not a fan of the fairing. I have a 114 stage 1 and if I cruise easy I get 55 M.P.G.
Super bike, super job. How tall are you?
Bike sounds great! I’m sold brotha
🏍⚡️👌🏽😎
You should see the 22 ;)
All that work to the scoot and you still have the bicycle reflectors on. LOL All good man, just messin', my FXLRS wants to be like yours when it grows up. And that vibration is REAL. My dealer said they couldn't duplicate my concern on a test ride...yeah. Keep up the great content!
lol they are coming off this week. i was looking at it yesterday and said yea... they need to go
Yeah man; stage 2 that 114. Really wakes it up. Noteworthy difference. Also drastically improves the sound from the rhythmic sewing machine to loping galloping beast. Very nice scoot bro.
Sup bro! Did you ever figure out what it was?
Got a sporty and a bagger and I need something in the middle.
I want it
Once you said that the Low Rider had a 30 inch RAKE and that this bike has a 20, I stopped the video and realized that all the other mistakes that you stated in the past are actually pretty consistent with you still learning about Harleys. Good luck with your channel though and I wish you well...
Ok 👌🏽
Do not have the tire, front end vibration issue.
Incredible vidéo 👍👍
