Hey I'm the owner of the Renaultsport twingo RS133 Cup. Yes they did make cup versions. This one of 1 of 3 cups in extreme blue that were exported to the UK.
Thank you, Matt! I did drive a very early second generation Twingo on the channel last year for the No Budget Reviews, series, it had the 1.2 Turbo engine. Not as fast as yours, though, I imagine...
Just so many gems to choose from in this episode. The pair of Nissan Laurel's and that Morris Marina in vermillion are just a few highlights from a gorgeous line up.
Oh sir, if you are only on Part Three, then you have an awfully long way to go, but treats such as those Laurels and the Marina in Vermillion will help you along the way.
Nearly all caught up, thank you Mr Lloyd for all your efforts, just for a bit extra info on the 106 rallye, that was a phs 2 with a 1.6 8v engine, the earlier phs 1 had as you said had a 1.3 8v engine, and quite a special little engine it was.
Thank you, sir! Glad someone knows a bit more about the 106s than I do. The 1.3 was unique to that pre-facelift car in this country, I think. Three parts down and seven to go!
I loved both of them, such a joy and a delight to find such rarities at the show, which is why I spent so long covering the "One Make Parking" properly.
Another great shuffle sir, managed to get round the Scheimiters without mentioning the famous owner, do like a Renault 5 and 19 especially a 19 16v. 106 Rallye looked very good. I had a Micra inspiration in bright yellow about five years ago I reckon that will be a 1.0 but I know you can get a 1.3 version as well. Lovely Lancia Delta intergrale.
We don't bother mentioning that particular famous Scimitar owner, sir, as it normally is not relevant. Many tasty treats in this part, including the Renault 19 16V.
Wondering how long a Morris Minor Traveller would have lasted ungaraged all its life in the British climate and what was the upright fitting in the middle of a MG B windscreen.
@@lloydvehicleconsulting All MGA and B have a slim fitting in the middle of the windscreen like an aerial on the inside...Now that I look at it again the rear vision mirror must slide up or down it?

great stuff especially the merc's!
If you like Mercedes-Benzes, sir, we have many, many more to come, right up to Part Ten.
The Mazda RX-4 was nice. I don't think I have ever seen an early rotary engine Mazda before aside from RX-7s.
Both cars are extremely rare in the UK so I doubt you would have seen one before :)

Some very beautiful MGBs and Midgets and an exquisite MG RV8.
However, two Nissan Laurels. Smooth 6 cylinder luxury.
We like a nice Laurel, sir, just as we like a nice MG RV8, preferably all three with a beige leather interior...
I remember when Mike Brewer had a MG on WD. At that time It cost £2K to convert to Chrome bumpers.
That's right, Series II or III of Wheeler Dealers, I believe. Seem to recall the car was around the £1200 mark.
Morris Minor Travellers seem to me to be the quintessence of Englishness.
Oh sir, more Morris Minors will be coming later!
Shame you couldn't have made it to Cortina Day it was great.
Can't do everything, I am afraid, my friend! Glad you enjoyed it.
You should watch Harry's Garage.
Seen it many times, sir!

Well sir, I have a friend who is restoring a Traveller at the moment, and one of the major jobs was replacing all the wood... Which MGB was that, sir?

@@Luke-PlanesTrainsDogsnCars , intriguing, sir....
My Nissan Bluebird 1.6LX saloon T72 1989F was very reliable but my Nissan Primera 2.0GT was unreliable.
I am hoping to get a T72 on the channel soon, sir! Only done one P10 many years ago.
2nd
Doing very well at the moment, sir!
