Man Fang is already an okay brawler in the last meta but his hypercharge makes him a game breaking again he's like banned in pretty every power league matches
fang before his damage and super buff was mid, but after they buffed him he was just insanely broken. now with his hyper charge you either ban him in power league or get absolutely destroyed

Technically fang is a fairly high skill cap brawler, but the thing is even if you suck its still really good.
I think the point where he stops being braindead super spam and actually requires coordination and aim is around rank 30 which is pretty damn late

Then as if the buffs alone weren't enough, now he can pass through walls and if that wasn't enough he also leave popcorn for the overkill.
