While this method can, in theory, preserve a rose for a couple of months, some colors fade much quicker than others (light colors, for example, will turn brown faster) If you want to preserve a rose indefinitely, you have to feed it glycerin for several days before the waxing process.

Tried these. The second day they all turned brown and loosed it’s color. Sadly.
I know, right? I don't understand why no one shows the flowers 2 or 4 weeks AFTER the process to see how they are doing!
