Just go blindly with it and it'll be the best thing ever. I was kind of skeptical if the tawa placed in between would help the chicken cook but I was amazed at the result! My chicken cooked as soft as cotton and not a single thing sticked at the bottom. Thank you for this recipe

Tried it step by step and well the rice got perfectly cooked, chicken pieces had perfect flavour, however overall salt was bit less but will try to add some more once I try it again. Just made it and was better than my other biryanis I believe. However, just 1 suggestion, add 1.5 to 2 tbsp of salt.. for 1 kg chicken
