This is an easier version of the Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani. In this version the meat is pre-cooked and layered with rice as part of DUM cooking. With use of the authentic spices, it retains the same flavours as the traditional Mutton Biryani.

I made that today with modifications like adding bay leaves to the meat marinade , adding 125 gm of cashew paste and using fennel instead of caraway seeds( they both has the same licorice taste) , then using fresh onion paste instead of fried to the marinade It turned out awesome Keep it up , your are the best
I followed the recipe all the way up to the last frame of the video, and imagined what the combination of the ingredients and their amalgamation must taste like. That's when my brain started screaming Biryani! Birani! and I passed out. :)
