750g mutton Salt 2 tsp heaped 1.5 tsp heaped Kashmiri red chilly powder1 tsp heaped red chilly powder Half tsp haldi powder 3 heaped tsp coriander powder 1 tsp heaped zeera 3tbsp ginger garlic paste Coriander Mint 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 cinnamon sticks 8-10 elaichi 2 bay leafs Little shah zeera 1 cup fried onion 1 cup curd 100g oil Mix and leave for 10-15 mins (or overnight) Put the mutton marinate in pressure cooker Add water 1 cup and cook till meat is almost tender (4-5 whistles) Boil water l, add shah zeera, 2 green chilly, 2 bay leafs, bit of mint and coriander, 8 elaichi and salt (6 spoons) Add 750 of soaked rice Cook until 80% tender Shift the mutton to kadai, add the remaining onion and curd (1 cup each) mix and add coriander and mint leaves 2-3 green chilli’s, ground all spice powder and mix and leave on low for 10-15 mins Strain the rice and layer on top of the mutton curry add mint and coriander and fried onion on top Add some oil from the fried onion Food color (optional) Cover and let it cook on high for first 5 mins then turn to low for 15 mins Serve and enjoy ❤

The authentic Hyderabadi biryani is getting manipulated cuz of you guys Pls don't get me wrong Kindly rename it as Mumtaz biryani rather than Hyderabadi biryani... Lastly Hyderabadi biryani has enough masala in it it's just that you've got to know the procedure to make it... In Hyderabad it even consists of( double masala and double gosh) Jazak allah khair

Masha Allah aap logo ka pyar Mohabbat bhot achcha lgta hai Allah aisa hi brqraar rakhe .(kanpur)Aameen

1.5 tsp heaped Kashmiri red chilly powder1 tsp heaped red chilly powder
Half tsp haldi powder
3 heaped tsp coriander powder
1 tsp heaped zeera
3tbsp ginger garlic paste
Coriander
Mint
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cinnamon sticks
8-10 elaichi
2 bay leafs
Little shah zeera
1 cup fried onion
1 cup curd
100g oil
Mix and leave for 10-15 mins (or overnight)
Put the mutton marinate in pressure cooker
Add water 1 cup and cook till meat is almost tender (4-5 whistles)
Boil water l, add shah zeera, 2 green chilly, 2 bay leafs, bit of mint and coriander, 8 elaichi and salt (6 spoons)
Add 750 of soaked rice
Cook until 80% tender
Shift the mutton to kadai, add the remaining onion and curd (1 cup each) mix and add coriander and mint leaves
2-3 green chilli’s, ground all spice powder and mix and leave on low for 10-15 mins
Strain the rice and layer on top of the mutton curry add mint and coriander and fried onion on top
Add some oil from the fried onion
Food color (optional)
Cover and let it cook on high for first 5 mins then turn to low for 15 mins
Serve and enjoy ❤
