How can I reset password on the camera? After I reset password on the nvr, the camera is not working, it said user password is wrong. Thanks in advance
Please, I have factory reset a hikvision dvr but when I try to connect to mobile app it show previously registered phone number on the account. How can I completely erase and change all the credentials on the dvr with new details. Thanks
A lot of issues here, u cant shut down laptop, u cant exit network, dvr must not reset or loose power or the encrypted will not work, like us the installers live whit all dvr next to us. I waited for a response key or encrypted file for many days and when I got it back it did not work as conditions from above did not complete.
True. The hardware is good but the software settings is a nightmare. I've lost access to one of my cameras because it was turned off when I changed my admin password. Now it is unusable and the sadp tool wont fix it

I dont know 4months ago but they work now..im from PH i was able to reset my camera's password..you just have to send an email early, dont send email past 12afternoon they will reply to you nextday. and when you send the xml, dont turn off your computer or close sadp wait till they reply and enter the input key.

You need to unbind the dvr

I couldn’t agree more. It is an insane design feature. Then the customer service to actually get the code is awful

got file sent to hikvision sadly there support was lacking advised they wouldn't help is there another method to reset
