A lot of NVR has reset button on the PCB electronic board. If it does not LOOK for missing jumper or contact right on the board itself, usually next to the lithium cell battery.
If you do not have a physical reset button on your NVR hardware, try to look for a coin battery. Unplug the power, remove the battery for 15 seconds. Also look for jumper on the motherboard to reset.
Try looking for 2 jumper contact points which are labeled something to do with RESET. If still do not find it, try to remove lithium coin battery for 10 min while power unplugged.
