Very good video, don't sell yourself short! Very good explanation, documentation and hints along the way. I hope I don't have to do this, but if I do, I am prepared.
Only use Mitsuboshi or original Honda timing belt. Any other belt will fail prematurely and ruin the engine. Happened to me with this exact Gates timing belt. Expensive rebuild of the heads because is an interference engine.
I'm assuming you are talking about cam seals? If so, pay attention as the cam might spring either back or forward. Loosen the bolt (17mm) using an impact gun if you got one if not you can lock the cams and use a ratchet or wrench to break it loose. To pull the seal out I use 2 small screws. Avoid prying with flat blades as that can cause issues and leakage after installing new seal. I hope you get the idea if not im sure someone has a video on this job.
Excellent video. Your directions are very concise and your voice is very clear. Thank you

Just it doesn't easy step. Because you jumped belt installation section.

I used Dayco kit ( you can get it through rockauto.com) or you can take continental brand.
