    Ingredients
    (for 1-2 servings)
    Onion 50g
    Clove of garlic 5g
    Butter 30g
    Mussels 150g
    Cream 10% 200ml
    Tagliatelle nests 100g
    Salt (for pasta water and mussels)
    Dried basil ( for mussels)
    Parsley ( for serving)

    Instruction
    1. For the pasta, bring a pot of water to a boil and add a teaspoon of salt.
    2. While the water is heating, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onion and saute until translucent. Add chopped garlic and continue to saute until both are lightly caramelized.
    3. Add the mussels to the skillet with the onion and garlic. Season with salt and dried basil. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mussels are nicely golden brown.
    4. Place dry pasta nests into the boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes, or 2-3 minutes less than the package instructions.
    5. Pour the cream into the skillet with the mussels, onion, and garlic. Turn the heat to low and simmer for a few minutes.
    6. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Gently combine the creamy sauce and mussels with the pasta, then serve immediately.
