Nice little ripper !! I have built a similar drone with the same canopy from Betaflight and the walksnail 1s vtx, it weighs 32 grams and I am testing the new Gemfan 75mm 1mm shaft blades. I am using some spare motors that I had 0802 19500Kv motors and I am running into some vibrations as well when it's windy outside. I'm going to test next a 08028 11000 Kv motor to see if i can get rid of them. Have you tried yours without wind ?? What battery are you running it with ? Total weight?

There's rarely a calm around here, so I haven't had a chance to try it yet. I flew with a 450mah battery and the weight was 55g
