@@thriquinox no, it's a dirt bike, not designed to be used on asphalt. Dual sport bikes have more accessories like gauges, headlights, places to attach storage boxes, bigger seat for passenger, and they come with different tires that will last longer on asphalt.
You must have the ECU changed out. What is your gearing ratio what's sprockets do you have on? Super impressed and now know I want this bike that was my fear that it wasn't going to be fast enough. If you have a larger sprocket up front how relaxed is it at 70 mph is it super busy does the engine feel like it's stressed? I want this bike but I want a supermoto and I ride with Harley riders I have to be able to go 80 smoothly and for a long time.
Drz400 might not have the power but damm near the same speed with one less gear, and not to mention you can sing it like that without crossing your fingers that it’s gonna pop lol got mine to 160 km/h not on rev limiter but singing high pretty decent for a bike that’s about 5k Canadian less new (sticker)

13/39 is a good highway gear ratio it will run 60mph effortlessly
