A good plan to get to healthy cashflow quickly. Question: don't you think getting those sows pregnant at 5 months is too early? Also don't you increase the risk of inbreeding if all 15 pigs come from the same farm?

If you feed them right balance feed, about 6-7 months they will be ready for crossing.
Also you should always have some boar from a different farm at all times purposely for crossing.

With the intermittent outbreak of pig diseases, how likely are you going to reduce importation of sickness since you always goes to farms for their produce(pigs)

That’s how pig farming is, if you don’t introduce new ones from other farms then you are likely to face inbreeding.
Just let the vet check and sanitized all new pigs very well

As a beginner you can use simple local materials for fencing to save money on the building. Just make the structure secure enough. And as you begin to get some profit after you start selling then you look into building a beautiful structure.
