you can warm up the vinegar and it speeds up the process to only 3-4 days. I like to add cinnamon sticks for smell. Orange and cinnamon is so soothing to my nose nowindays.
a tip that you maybe already know. but you can peel your carrots with less waste by kind of scraping them with a pairing knife. that way you don't loose as much of the...umm...meat(?) if you're not gonna make a broth of course. although i usually just leave the peel on cause it takes less time. i'm sure it's full of nutrients.
Your food always looks so delightful. I would have maybe left out the darker microgreens as they blend in with the brown so it initially looked like it leaked a little out of the pumpkin rings. That may just be on video though, colours often translate so much better in photography!
A awesome what beautiful Gittemary ate in a day video with yummy 😋 food. Great to see a new video in the new home and at a new time. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕Gittemary.
Hi Gittemary! I hope that you see this comment. I would love to hear your thoughts on fidget toys. I am autistic and i am really struggling right now and are considering buying my self some sensory things to help me. I do have some things as stuffed animals and weighded blanket and other blankets already. I got all those things before I got really invested in sustainability and sustainability content in general. I feel like the sensory things I already have do not help me enough right now and I have felt that way for a very long time. Yet I am hesitent to buy fidgets or sennsory thing because of how big inpact they have. Do you have any suggestions on how I can help fill my sensory needs in a sustainable way ?
Wow, I'm surprised vinegar isn't available in glass in Denmark! I live in the US, and there are medium to large glass bottles of vinegar available (I did decide on a very large plastic jug recently because it was so much cheaper and available closer to where I live, so I definitely empathize with the large plastic jug of vinegar!).
We have a nearly similar treat in Germany and its's called "Schokokuss" which translates to "chocolate kiss" an i think it's one of the cutest names for food. 🙂
is there pros n cons to freezing the orange/citrus peel over letting it jut dry out naturally (before putting it in vinegar).. it very dry were I live - they wont go moldy while drying...
I would just put them fresh into the vinegar - no need to dry them before, I put them in the freezer because I didn’t want them to go bad before I got my hands on my vinegar (which I didn’t know I would be getting the same day hehe)
Leaving them for +-a week on your fruit bowl very often does the trick! Just have to be a bit patient. And of course not every pear will ripen, but mine very often do (im from the Netherlands)
OMG! I would LOVE to find those marshmallow thingies in a vegan version over here in Brazil :')) My parents used to treat me those when I was a child and I loved them!
Are the only purpose for adding orange peels to add a fresh scent to the vinegar? Love you content Living in Malmö, I love seeing spots that I can actually try!!! I still have no idea where to buy vinegar in bulk thou
We have that same dessert where I live and we call it "princess". I am not a fun(was known to cry when I was a kid cause I bellived it was chocolate on the inside).
My 9 year old is vegetarian (not vegan). This is all new to me personally. Can anyone steer me in the right direction of what vitamins/amounts she needs to take outside her normal mulit vitamin? I'm going to research all answers myself before giving her anything, so don't worry.
I would recommend consulting with a specialist in kids’ nutrition - if it was myself I would get a blood test, and focus on a balanced diet, as you don’t necessarily need any supplements as a vegetarian, however for children I would want to make sure by seeking professional help 😊🌿
What did you eat today? 🌿💚
Vegan pizza with extra cheese (shredded Nurish) and roasted peppers. So yummy!
Hugs from France 😀
Sweet potato & cauliflower curry for dinner with brown rice.
Cauliflower curry with coconut milk and airfried mashed potatoes
Veggie pot stickers with kale and cabbage and peanut sauce
Oatmeal with dark cherries, pears and cinnamon. Topped with unsweetened almond milk.

your cooking asmr ish section was strangely soothing
I felt that tiny noodle left behind in my SOUL 😂
tiny and left behind 🥲
We use our citrus infused vinegar for salad dressing all the time. Delicious

They are a lot more dark purple irl, so for this dish I would definitely keep them for some contrast 🌿😎
YES! Another wonderful video 😻
Love the way you have your kitchen it's beautiful 😍

Amazing video as always. What kind of juicer do you have? I have been thinking about getting one for myself. I am also not a big breakfast person.

I think it looked great when you had all three on the plate it gave options but all still looked great together
Can you explain leek ash,and perhaps do a video on the oils and seasonings you use.
I dry roast pieces of leek until they’re completely black and then I pulverise the pieces 🥳 it ads a beautiful finish and a great flavour accent ✨

Schokokuss and flødebolle is the same thing😉
@@rikkemeek1506 schokokuss usually doesn't have marzipan or other flavours though only plain. but yeah definitely looks exactly the same
@@numivis7807 Only the fancy once have marzipan and other flavours. A normal plain flødebolle has a waffer base marshmellow and chocolate🙂

I agree about pears but I rarely find ripe ones in the uk. X

I used to get really bad stomach aches in high school that we finally attributed to my often eating apples on an empty stomach

I could have sworn you said you’d have to bring out Medusa, but you said “my juicer” 😂

No the acid in the orange peels help break down stains and dirt 🍊🍊
Your so great in the kitchen you should be a chef or a cook an l love your apartment an your beautiful kitchen 😉 😋 take care🌏🌏🌏🌏🌏🌏🌐🌐🌐
I've always found celery to be neutral tasting and somewhat sweet. Never bitter. Interesting.
Pears are supearior
I didnt know its from Denmark. At my place it known as krembo, and its exclusive a wintter snack 😋
Here in Denmark we eat them all year round. You can get them with different flavours. I hate chocolate so i don't eat them but they are a quick snack🙂
We have that same dessert where I live and we call it "princess". I am not a fun(was known to cry when I was a kid cause I bellived it was chocolate on the inside).
Why does it feel like you were considering about tasting the vinegar/orange peel cleaner.. 😆
low key was considering it 💀
lately, I've been thinking about what the impact of the wine industry is... perhaps an impact video idea?🤔

You’re still wrong on the pear front, especially hard ones 🍐 but I support you 100% on oranges.
I stand by my choice 🍐🍐🍐
That pear was so unripe. They're not supposed to crunch when you bite into them, unless you like the texture of hard sand lol
I love it in fact
A potato peeler is ideal for stripping celery strings
