senior year content soon?
I so wish I was you right now. I'm from South Africa and I'm doing my senior year. the education system is obviously different here because we start the academic year in January and end it in November (with breaks during the course of the year). with that being said I'll only get my summer break in December and I'm literally studying for my mocks then final exams. have a month of rest then uni in Jan/Feb.
but congratulations on finishing your junior year and have fun during your summer break.🎉❤

Therapy is something I do on and off. So if you’re not feeling therapy/your therapist, it’s definitely ok to take a break from it for a while and come back to it when you’re ready. Good luck with your therapy journey!! It has definitely helped me a lot :)
