Good morning . I don't speak English so I used the translator to communicate with you. I want to buy your plan for faifix but I have several questions: 1. I am concerned about the complexity of the exercises and not being able to fully understand how to execute them, since when trying to do any of the ones you have on RUclips I find it somewhat confusing. 2. I want to know if I should buy many elements for the practice and if I can execute them alone or will I need someone to help me. 3. My diagnosis has always been bilateral hip impingement, but my symptoms have always been atypical and my question is whether it will work for me taking into account that the pain that I present is mostly not in the groin but in the lower part where ends the gluteus. In addition to that, when I performed the impingement test I came out negative, my pain is never at the time I perform exercise or movement, it occurs right after. I appreciate that you can clear up those doubts to know if this plan is for me.
Hello! The exercises in The FAI Fix are pretty simple. We also have The FAI Fix Espanol if you speak Spanish. You can do all the exercises alone. Even if you have "atypical" symptoms, The FAI Fix is an amazing overall 'hip health' program, so it will help with whatever you are dealing with. Hope that helps!
Glad you got The FAI Fix! If you ever need 1:1 coaching with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in hips, feel free to contact me directly at gotrom.com/vip 👍
Hi Shane. I am 33 and been struggling with my hips for several years with it progressively getting worse. I first noticed the problem when I was no longer able to breaststroke properly due to my hips. I have recently been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis and hip impingement in both hips. My specific issue of where the bones collide is less on the squating side but more on the standing side leg raises. I can only go about 30 degrees both sides without hitting 'the wall' and feeling a lot of pain. I am pretty active (soccer twice a week, bike once a week, rock climbing once a week, weight exercises once a week) but am an office worker so regularly have a dull ache in my hips when sitting or lying down for long periods. Hips are always in pain more after the above activities as well as I am consantly pushing through pain to still do them. What exercises would you suggest? I have been through physical therapy and given lots of stretches but I find specific hip and groin stretches make my pain a lot worse. Recently starting to do lunges and squats to see if that helps but read a lot online about not doing these exercises.
I understand. Hip pain can impact so much of the things we do daily, more so if you want to live an active lifestyle. Would you be interested to schedule a free one on one consultation to talk more about your condition? If so, here is the link to schedule: www.gotrom.com/vip.
Shane I’m so happy to have discovered your channel! I have arthritis in my hips and torn labrum and impingement. I’m mobile but can’t play sports, wrestle or run anymore. Hurts to sit or lie down for sleep. But I’m hopeful after seeing all your testimony videos! I got the FAI Fix and ordered the hip stick. Only a week into FAI fix and it’s really challenging me! It’s causing some pain in knees and right ankle and right elbow (think I’m just stiff all over). Any suggestions to alleviate hindrances in those areas to fully be able to utilize FAI Fix? Thanks a ton!
Hey, there! It sounds like you're on the right path and learning how to use the TSR System. To alleviate issues in the knees and ankles I would 1.) Just be mindful that you're not putting them in any weird positions while doing the hip routines 2.) Consider doing a complimentary program (like "The Runner's Knee" from GotROM.com) or 3.) Consider direct 1:1 work with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (something we offer via our "VIP Mentorship" program - gotrom.com/vip Hope that helps!
You look thinner, Shane. Hope you're well. So, my hips are clunky. I wonder if it's only a question of instability in the hips or a twisted pelvis or both. It's not painful apart from the extreme tighness in the left groin.
Hehe. Yeah, I've gotten a little leaner - but healthy! It's hard to say what exactly is going on without doing a thorough assessment. But if you strive for symmetry in the pelvis, and ironing out side-to-side differences in tissue texture, ROM, and strength/stability, that's a good start!
Hey, brother. I'm very sorry to hear you're dealing with AVN. I know that can be tough. And...that's a very specific hip issue which I'm not addressing in this video. The point of this video is: appropriate exercise can be helpful for arthritis. Do you disagree with that point?

Necrosis is serious but a replacement will still be needed.but move ment will still help if possible ,without pain before you get surgery
Well said!@@STORMTROOPEROFDEATH71
