I think in the UK we have a lot of very old places, almost anywhere you go you can find something 100's of years old. Just around the corner from me there's a church aging back to 1042 and that's pretty standard.

5:09 I will say right now! that can be 100% real. because me and my family have a uhh hospital ish ? or whatever place its kinda half underground but not yk you walk downstairs (outside) and then you push a door open and boom your in a hallway. (sideways) and if you look to your right theres a hallway and stairs going up to the right and once me and my family went there because we needed some nurse check up or something and I swear. i saw a person with a crowbar go up. nobody else saw it and i was so freaked out and scared because i literally heard his feet walking up and NO ONE ELSE IN MY FAMILY SAW. and mind you. it was clear as day outside. OH MY GOD. and i literally told them all and no one even reacted they didnt even pay attention to what i was saying, my brother kinda concidered it and was a little spooked out once i said that. im not sure if it was a ghost or a real person in there but nobody was supposed to be in that building..

This is from our uk ghost series - Most Haunted, at Wentworth Woodhouse stable (can’t remember episode) Karl and Stew were investigating the stable area and I remember years ago watching this part in 2017 when the figure walked down the hallway and it haunted me for the rest of my childhood aha I cried for ages thinking it was coming for me💀
It’s probs one of the only footage from that series that can’t be debunked and seems genuine since most experiences in that series were for entertainment only. The crew said it was very weird n different to any investigations they’ve done before - given they have done this for around 20 years… :)

So I have an idea of where you guys can go. It’s called the Mcminimums hotel in Oregon. It’s known the be haunted, I just got home from being there and we had some ghost equipment. One of the things we had was a cat ball, a literal cat toy that lights up when touched. We had a full on conversation with a little boy named James, who was 12 years old. The most haunted room is 215, which is rumored to have an old lady in there. She throws your clothes out the window, out in the hall way on the second floor, there is a rumored little boy in that hallway, which we believe was James. It’s just a fun little place to go and it’s a really old place. It was so much fun!

I was thinking about your 5 level tier system and I have quantified the levels for you by name.
1. S Tier. S for Supernatural. This tier is 100%, no doubt this is legit.
2. A tier. A for Absolutely. There is at least a 1% doubt in your mind so it can't quite be S.
3. B tier. B for believable. Right in the middle. This is plausible but has too many possible variables.
4. C tier. C for concocted. This stuff looks made up. There is at least a 1% chance that maybe some of it is legit but you can't completely rule it out.
5. D tier. D for debunked. No damn way! Total poppy-cock!
