I've been in Zebulon all of my 63 years and have my place up for sale. A whole different breed of people are moving in and all of the older stores I grew up with are just about all gone! They call it progress I call it a crying shame. Middlesex about 9 miles away is the same thing. Rip down the old houses and build all brand new "modern" housing without much character.
