I heard of Mike McDaniel's over the weekend. I'm a casual fan of football. I've been watching Mike McDaniel's videos for two days now. I was a teacher in a former life. This guy is a great teacher.
Not only is coach McDaniels a football genius he’s also a comedy genius and he was put on earth for us

That's why Hawk was hesitant about revealing too much, and actually did a pretty good job of going off topic, but Rich wasn't falling for it

Coach has the X's and O's but he has something else as well. He is the Music Man with 76 real trombones. He doesn't intimidate his players (at his size how could he?) He EXCITES them by recognizing their All Star abilities while showing them how to shine. They can't wait to get on the field to create those shining moments he has promised them.
There is a world of difference between a player feeling like that compared to a player who has in the back of his mind, "I better not f**K up, or coach will be riding my a**!" That thought drains energy and can sometimes freeze a player up.
Now that they have put 70 up on the board and a 3-0 start to the season, any player on his team who had any doubts is likely to be fully on board now.
We are blessed to have McDaniel as coach!

Yes and as a 9ers fan I am so damn frustrated w/how Trey has been mishandled since last year and 9er management ever since the Yorks took over, I find myself rooting for McDaniels/Miami right now!! Weird!!

Hmm...some of things he talking about was being done in the 90's. Go in to get out. We did that all the time in 94' Jacksonville State. Inside release stick and go outside or stick go outside and turn up field. We angled crossingmroutes if you were the fast receiver. Honestly some of things don't work if you don't have the speed. Think about the crossover, everyone can do the motion of the crossover but are you quick enough to excute it. With that said he does have a great football mind. Hell Miami has a 4x1 olympic track team out there.
