hi. i can't connect the headphones to my phone via bluetooth. i've turned the headphones on, phone's bluetooth on, then scan for device and won't find them. do you know why? do i need to do something else, or is it faulty?

+jonathan Svärdh Hi, they're just standard Bluetooth so you should easily be able to pair them with any computer that has Bluetooth capabilities.
Or you can use the 3.5 to 3.5 wire
