Rimworld are the best game for telling "story". Even when everything is looking bleak, the game still keep moving like telling you "it's not over". The vanilla itself are already have soo much content and even more with endless amount of mods. I really like your storytelling since the beginning and still looking forward for more. Lastly, Welcome to the Rimworld.
Your narration style makes this video exceptional. So many try to min max the game. You utilized rimworld its original purpose, a way to tell stories and did so masterfully.
When I first found your channel it was one of those little hidden gems of You Tube. I am so happy that your talents have been getting the attention that it deserves. Your story telling alone is worth its weight in salt. I am pleased that the hidden gem is now on display within the town square. Zombie solo Rimworld play through are always a lot of fun! Rimworld in general is always a lot of fun! If I ever want to melt away 6 hours I turn on RW.

this character you made makes me think of the one from project zombied. Also im a huge fan of both rimworld and project zombied so i would love to see more vids of rimworld and with zombies thats a plus.
i remember my first game on rimworld, i also did the solo challenge. when you have an infection your resistance to it builds up along with its severity and once resistance is 100 its cured. i also had one of the tense last person alive infected moment on that world to. so far youre doing great and i hope youre really enjoying the game!
I feel you for ebing a beginner, I think seeing this though that doing it withh only one survivor is definitly easier. Your videos are amazing and you are great at adding the suspense. Keep it up man. Do not give up, its amazing.
Hey Arean, I wanted to give you some insight here, heat sources in vanilla rimworld aren't based on proximity so if it isn't inside a sealed room it won't heat you unless you have the mod that gives them proximity aswell

I really liked the whole thing, just one con, it was too short. I could watch this for hours. Last guy who played RW really well and did this kind of stuff, Crusha of Mans, unfortunately stopped making content... I loved him... I think I have a new crush. here, have a subscriber.
I know you're learning, so this is my free tip. You can remove stumps of trees very quickly and they give you a small bit of extra wood as well like essentially a secondary tree. This might seem minimalistic but it's more wood overall to work with.

That "You shouldn't underestimate your enemies" was so fitting for the recent Rimworld solo runs I've been having. I just started getting into Rimworld and try running a 0 stat man run (which is bugged a lot of the time because whenever I level construction up it'll bug and drop back down to 0,) and I've died so many times to the first rabid animal. Never outright, but I always bleed to death.
tip for the melee animations mod, if you have a melee weapon you can right click an enemy and then press the execute prompt to perform an executions which can do alot of damage, eitheir down them or kill them or injure them. or stun them (btw doesnt work on zombies only pawns)

Little tip for this sorta thing, building your bsse into a crevious of a mountain makes this easier in early game
