I like the way this channel shows the background process for raw material preparation before it comes into the factory, which is why I subscribed to it.
Greetings from New Zealand. Thank you for the great video. Even though I was raised in the city, I worked on dairy farms for 11 years when I first left school. I remember as a member of the local Young Farmers club, we visited our local Dairy Factory, where we enjoyed a tour of the facility, along with a commentary on how the milk powder was made. It was very exciting to see it all in person & up close, and to experience the hustle & bustle in the factory, together with the noise! That was 40 years ago now, and it looks like times have changed. The factories shown in your video demonstrate much more advanced processes. Anyway, thanks again, and I'll be looking forward to your next video =)
I've visited one of the farms using a similar system. It's very humane, no bugs, the cows actively want to be milked. It's a good deal for the cow and a good deal for us.
@2:40 The New-born calf Nurses for a few days, and is then moved to a separate area for its upbringing. Meanwhile, the mother continues to produce around 35 litres of milk each day for a period lasting 10 to 12 months, and this milk is used for Human consumption. Then the narrator goes on to stress on the fact that, @3:02 Animal welfare is at the core of the dairy industry. It seems very funny.
Calves are killed for meat 🍖 and I won't say killed only...they are brutally tormented since they are snatched from their mothers and then they are killed...

Milk powder is energy intensive to produce that's why it is expensive. The water condensed is treated and given back to the cattle. In all farming business profit always comes before welfare of the animals. A cow that produces low milk quantities is simply sent to the slaughter house to make beefburghers, leather to make shoes or clothing. The biomass produced to turn into biogas and fertiliser.
People who only eat a leafy green vegetable is dangerous. You also need a protein from meat and you need calcium from cow's milk or other dairy. If you hate consuming them, you have a poor diet. You need a balanced diet.

Milk powder taste very delicious 😋
Ever look at the packaging my guy. You'll be surprised how much unnatural substances they add to make your delicious milk powder . 😊

Companies: we give the cows one month vacation every year.

this factory has huge scale and modern machines, useful vid
How are the young calves nourished and nurtured after being separated from their mothers? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Those daily cows produce more milk than the calf requires for feeding in a day
Boohooo still gonna drink real milk

Milk is almost a complete food.
You didn't show the drier part where condensed milk is converted into powered form.
Heated upto 180°C .
Good video.👍
Thank you so much
Contains too much fat for some people 6:18 , I lost it here, they take away the fat to make more money out of it
no, they make full-fat, low-fat, and non-fat milk for various needs of people. The really "fatty" part can become whipping cream.
Lovely 😊, thank you. We or I didn't know
Hello which dairy is this kindly?
❤ Love 🇺🇸

All the things you mentioned are logical and efficient. Recycling material? Wow...how greedy...
Y don't use a vacuum frizz sublimation? Iznt it simpler and cheaper?
very interesting
What about full fat milk powder? How are they processed?
this is more of a commercial then. showing how milk powder made
What company is this

Taking away a new born baby cow only after 3 days is NOT a happy cow but very depressed & unhappy!!
did those cows look unhappy or depressed? They don't grieve the way a human would. They just go on about this business.
@@watchgoose They do grieve, just cuz u don’t see it doesn’t mean they don’t grieve. Cows are very family oriented.

yup. And even my milk GOAT makes a lot! More than I can use by myself.

I can't figure out the narrator's accent. I'm thinking Canadian but I'm not sure.
Imagine doing that to a female. Lol 😅
38 litres a day !! Lmao x7 days !
Talk about a system figuring out how to violate a resource. Lol 😅😅
But, that's informative ! 🫡👌
Why doctors say cow milk should not be given to children 1 year below ?
Money minded ppl
newborns are also not allowed to have water, due to health related reasons.
Bc cow's milk is for cows and bulls. Human milk is for humans.
Because it turns them to...cows!
Not that simple I'm afraid. Baby formula is modified specifically to mimic breast milk as closely as possible.
Drinking cows milk is disgusting. If you consume dairy you should be ashamed.

i am vegan and after watching this video I have decided to remain a vegan person...eff these stupid companies....

And the once those once sent to africa have less cancer and covid ability.
Hgg
Abusing animals😢
Stop killing the cows
then the price of milk and meat would soar unbelievably as the farms would have to keep *feeding* them until they get old and pass away.
Very informative Video but why on Earth My Dirty mind was Thinking about someone whenever I saw the Auto milking machine!
