- Was lucky enough to snag one of these. It's really got all the vibe you could want. There are few bugs but Dreadbox I'm sure will address them in a firmware update soon. I love this synth... Thanks!

The music is well chosen. It floats and breathes organically. You obviously can connect to the instrument. And I really like the comment section. It is heart warming to read this.
Tnank you. All of you.
Amazing track! I bought a Murmux as well and at first questioned it's sound but have since discovered how lovely the Murmux sounds. It has a unique sound that sets it apart from much of the polysynth gear out right now. I have a Melbourne Nina and a GS E7 to round out my desktop synths and the three together are just mind blowing !
I think it's extremely Unique. I love how simple it is.
If I may ask a slightly tangential question, Antonio, as you own both the E7 and the Nina: how "vintage-y" is the sound of the Nina out of the box, compared to the E7 (which seems to ooze a lovely drifty character out of the box, without much or any coaxing, using modulation etc)? Thanks!
@@stefanherzog I owned both the e7 and Nina as well. I wanted to love the Nina (and the motorized knobs are awesome) but I sold it because I just kept going to my e7 instead because I love its sound so much more. Tbh, I wasn't a huge fan of the Nina's sound. I didn't like it's filter much and it definitely doesn't sound very "vintagey" out of the box if that's what you're going for.
@@user-kx5fs9jy1g : Thanks for your thoughts on this, very helpful! And what I "feared" 😄
@@stefanherzog Nina is more modern sounding in my opinion but it is a good “modern” with its own character. I haven’t gotten the vintage drifty vibe out of it yet but then I haven’t really tried too much. The E7 like the Murmux is instant drifty vintage 70’s without even trying.
Beautiful track, beautiful synth 🤘
Beautiful. And nice visuals
Wow, sounds great Jeremy.
It truly is a beautiful sounding creature. Pairs nicely with a Moog One and Deckard's Dream MKII. x
Magical!
First demo with really amazing sounds. I was put off by its sound when I watched the demo at super booth . How accurately do the modulators sync to external clock in it ? That’s a big deal since there isn’t a sequencer or an arpeggiator ( not a big deal on a poly) so getting everything to pop with intervals that don’t just key down but beat along with any clock source plug weather its midi usb or even audio sync detection.but for modern music that’s a very important feature to make sure everything is popping in sync as far as modulation goes . Usually it’s a global thing that can be selected in the synth’s / Drum-box settings on the better end of the hardware spectrum.👽✌️
These are great questions. I’m going to explore some of this more and make u guys or more comprehensive video. I feel like it covered all the grounds I look for in a poly. My main excitement is it has a unique personality. And I love that it’s its own thing. But love these questions. I’ll report back.
ooooobeautiful ❤🙏🙃
3 Grand seems a bit steep. Sounds lovely though.
very good job i subscribe to your channel, thanks for sharing
Nice track. Can you explain what all you had going on here? Was it going into a sequencer or any effects?
Yes, So there is a Drone From Petrichor happening and some voices for spitfire albion. For the Murmux, I'm using some Valhalla Tape Delay on the back end. But the dotted delay is coming from the murmux. Other than that nothing else on the Murmux.
And the sequencing was coming from UVI Falcon.
@@JeremySHGriffithBetter to explain all that up front. Because I think what you are saying is the Murmux doesn't sound like this by itself, without a lot of other gear. Regardless you made it sound lovely, thanks for sharing with the world.
@@irtnycdon't be rude, the gentleman took time to answer your question comprehensively
@@irtnyc No I am not saying that at all. This was just a little jam I did on the fly. The murmux sounds great on it's own but it also works very well with others. It was the core of this little musical moment so it felt appropriate to post it. I didn't even think about explaining anything because this isn't a review. Just an expression of enjoyment of use. Glad you enjoyed the little tune.
Don’t you mean Mursmerizing?
@@mickeygentry6033 oh shit, spot on
Looks juvinile.
Sounds lovely, shame they went so quick, I would have saved up for one of these for sure!
There is a new one available from Kraft Music on reverb and a used one on Reverb right now.
