    Good information on the seasoning, some of them I have been using but few of them I never used...lets see how is the food going to taste, but the reasons you provided to add them to my spice mix are quite compelling. Thank you

      Yes, absolutely! -It will make a great digestive and relaxing tea, let alone all the antioxidants you get
