I have always had the same thoughts on this topic and your video greately sumarized it...if onnly more people talked about this kind of stuff, rather than focusing on which fruit or vegetable is the best for loosing weight or controling blood sugar...its so frustrating seeing all these videos which are completely useless because they ignore the major issue as you pointed out.

Both resorts look amazing, but as you said location and time of the year seem to make a big difference between Henann Lagoon and Henann Crystal Sands....we are heading there in June so definitely Henann Crystal Sands for us- thanks mate!
