Neal Schon does NOT have a terminal illness. The Real Music observer claims to be a "Christian" yet he gossips and makes up false rumors so he can enrich himself. We think he’s a hypocrite.
Neal Schon is the founder and lead guitarist of the band Journey. Born on February 27, 1954, in Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, Schon has been a significant figure in rock music since the 1970s.
Here are some key points about Neal Schon's career:
Early Career: Neal Schon began his career at a young age, joining Santana as a guitarist in 1971 when he was just 17 years old.
Formation of Journey: In 1973, Schon co-founded Journey with keyboardist Gregg Rolie, also a former member of Santana. The band's sound evolved over the years, incorporating more pop and rock elements, leading to their mainstream success.
Journey's Success: Journey achieved massive commercial success in the late 1970s and 1980s with hits like "Don't Stop Believin'," "Open Arms," "Any Way You Want It," and "Faithfully." The band's album "Escape" (1981) is one of their most successful, featuring many of these hits.
Other Projects: Apart from Journey, Neal Schon has been involved in various side projects and collaborations, including work with artists like Jan Hammer and Paul Rodgers. He also released several solo albums showcasing his guitar prowess.
Legacy and Influence: Neal Schon is renowned for his melodic guitar solos and has been a significant influence on many rock and metal guitarists. He continues to perform and record with Journey, as well as pursuing solo projects.
Awards and Recognition: Journey was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2017, a testament to the band's enduring impact on rock music and Schon's contributions to the genre.
Neal Schon's work with Journey and his contributions to rock music have cemented his status as one of the great guitarists of his generation.

Dave It’s not spreading “fake news”, his podcast is observational opinion & speculation delivered with a dash of sarcasm, innuendo and a self deprecating dry humor. Dash of sarcasm, innuendo and a self deprecating dry humor? Wishing or implying that anyone has a terminal illness is not sarcasm or funny dude. It's flat out sick. You are missing the point that this Harmless Dave guy is a fraud and a con artist. He spreads misinformation, then demands some sort of financial compensation (buy me a coffe, youtube membership, patron, etc.) for his troubles.

You've made a derogatory rebuttal video about an ex disc jockey with a small classic music channel. Of course, we all know that Neil Schon does not have a terminal illness. My guess is the Dave was trying to be funny, but it obviously backfired. Classic rock is as dead as my grandmother these days. The only real news is how many bands should retire because of aging issues.

@@jakepepper2279 it doesn’t look like he was trying to be funny to us. To us it looks like he’s trying to enrich himself by getting people to watch his video and starting a fake rumor. That’s not cool. And as far as bands retiring, I think they should keep rocking. I mean, if they’re still healthy enough to get out and get on stage and put on a show, then more power to them. they love what they do and have enough money to retire but they continue on. They have a passion for music. Thanks for watching!

@@realmusicnews We all know that Neil Schon is healthy, but I think you are taking the dude's channel a little bit too seriously. He does not have much content to talk about these days, so he mostly rambles on about nonsense. Still, implying that Neil Schon has a terminal illness is definitely not funny. [ his sense of humor is a strange one ] Your criticism would be much more valid if the RMO had a huge audience, but he doesn't. Dave seems to ramble on in his videos in an attempt to make them longer. As for the aging rock scene, many of these musicians are indeed having age related issues and more are retiring from touring. Aerosmith is a perfect recent example. Yet, the surviving members of The Rolling Stones still sound great. I cringe at recent performances of far younger bands such as AC/DC, Bon Jovi and Guns N Roses. The rock world is getting smaller every year that passes by. I accept this as reality.

@@Ohgeez-l8c Disc jockeys invented shock jock talk radio, which is designed to insult and stir fabrication and nonsense, sometimes ruining the reputations of innocent people. They have a false sense of importance because they believe they control the airwaves. The RMO was part of that era, but no longer makes a living on radio. He is simply doing the same act on his youtube channel. I actually know of a business that was personally attacked by a radio station in the nineties. They sued for libel, slander and won a judgment of a million dollars because of mean disc jockey comments on air. If Neal Schon wanted to, he could make Dave's life much worse. The dude is skating on thin ice.
