What is your take on how to become a great hand painting designer like yourself, do you have any tips, tricks, or brush suggestions on how to be a hand painting UI designer.

Depends what you want to do ;) Hand painted UI isn't really very popular, it is harder to find a good (paid) job for that kind of stuff. Most of the games use flat and simple UI designs.
