(here in Canada, southwestern Ontario) who would have thought a video about unboxing and setting up a sawmill would be interesting? I kept comparing it to the ones we see on unboxing a new computer or cell phone - haha. they have nothing in common. and think how much we would complain if we had to send back a component that was defective and wait for a replacement, and all we have to do is put it in the box and take it to the post office (or even easier - call the delivery people to pick it up from our home). thank you so much Daniel for a view into a world completely unlike my own. Do like this kind of videos. Lots of work but in the end its worth it fixing your handle ive seen my dad use tine tar as glue and wrap a handle the same way as well as the same for a cracked long shovel handle stay safe work safe
Ps if I was you for the digger arm I would defo pick up some extra buckets be it trenching bucket or few others plus maybe build with some timber a proper bridge over the river aswell will help alot. Could you retro fix the oxen to have a seat on it bud to allow you to rid it
The main concern with the digger right now is the connection to the forwarder. It's absolutely horrible to move because it's too heavy in the front. But you know, with a million things on the todo-list I am just going to pretend I haven't figured that out yet. The bridge could absolutely be a concern when the water rises in in a couple of weeks, but again, I am just denying that fact too. A trench bucket would be absolutely awesome. With the steering on the handle, I don't know if it is possible to ride it. Also the winch boom is really horrible when operating the digger as it pokes you in the back. I will probably have to adress that too. And yeah, I broke a couple of welds on the brackets the last day I used the digger so I have to get a generator out and weld those. And it's leaking in the hydraulics. I really love that add-on. Yep. It's perfect.
@@DanielatLazyCreek right simple thing to do here is. A mate mine is a awesome worker at bush fixes he has a channel called MARTY T he is one for buying old and repairing.
