Korean women need to learn to love their body more and be healthy. Those diet videos are concerning but glad that this video has a lot more explaining and numbers to understand the science of weight lose, like you can be slim / underweight but have a lot of fat.
Problem is her arms look like it is literally skin and bones. No muscle at all!!!!!!!!!!!! She looks anorexic, and i havemt watched the whole video yet, but she is too skinny in the after photo!!!
She needs to up her protein intake to actually build muscles. She had no muscle in her arms. I don't know. The video is so misleading to say she lost fat, but am pretty sure she didnt gain muscle either

¿Le funcionó qué? Si hablas de la dieta, realmente no hay respuesta ya que ella usó un entrenador personal que le dió una dieta específica para ella. Su dieta consistía de comer porciones pequeñas y con bastante proteína, por ejemplo en el desayuno comía huevos y leche de almendras. Comía también bastantes vegetales y hacía ejercicio sólo con la entrenadora. Ella recomienda que visiten un entrenador o nutricionista para esto.
I just wanted to add that the only important thing for losing weight is to eat in a slight caloric deficit, so let's say your calorie maintenance are at 1800 kcal you need to eat slightly less than this to lose weight. And if you keep a high protein diet you will not lose muscle, only fat, so I think you lost a bit of muscle because you didn't consume enough protein. Also you can't target a specific area to lose fat, however you can gain muscle for a better appearance ❤
TeValeVergaNo? Incorrect, an adult needs to ensure they’re on average getting 1g of protein per pound. There are proper ways of dieting and having a proper balance of carbs, fats, and protein are important for women

It’s different for everyone depending on their workout routine, genetics and etc. And if someone does a major cut on the amount of their carbs their glycogen stores go down and their muscles don’t appear to be as big, which means they didn’t ‘lose’ their muscles but just lost the full look

I started dieting at around 13 as well, and back then it was such a thing for girls to want to be underweight, it wasn’t a healthy mindset to have at all. I feel like it really stunted my growth because I wasn’t getting enough nutrients, and like you said, it messes up your metabolism. While I think wanting to be healthier is definitely a good thing, altering your food intake too much might not be the best idea! Maybe you can join a sport and be more active while still taking in the necessary amount of food your body needs to grow.
U shouldnt be skinny neither thinner. But be fitter and toned. Go eat healthy food and exercise but do not limit yourself too if i crave a cake. U should eat enough cals u are so young u will grow in height too.. dont just lose weight numbers aint it all. Just turn the fat into muscles n u fine yk

francesca baez yo los tenia así pero por la cuarentena se me engrosaron un poco el ante brazo igual no pido tenerlo súper chupados con un poco delgados sin grasa innecesaria soy feliz se q es cuestión de alimentacion y ejercicio xD

@@francescabaez5833 No es necesario ser asiática para eso, yo creo que es ejercicio, dieta y genética yo soy delgada y tenía 3 kilos de más mis brazos se miraban un poco llenitos, pero después de bajar de peso están delgados y tonificados ya trabaje todo mi cuerpo solo falta terminar con el abdomen y tengo los brazos como ella mi prima también solo es tu esfuerzo

지방제거외 다이어트방법은 거의 다 해봤는데요 결국 굶는 다이어트는 항상 요요가 심하더라구요. 배부르게 먹고 다이어트하는 요리 만들고 있습니다. 저도 일생이 다이어트죠~~~

I saw your video on my Recommendation and after I watch this I wrote down all of the foods that you eat and Girl!! you really helped me and You motivate me more to lose weight/be healthy because I wanted to lose weight before my school starts here in Canada 🇨🇦 (but don’t worry it’s safe here and we wear a mask and social distance) my school starts on September 8 and I really need to lose weight like I’m 13 yrs old my height is 5”0 cm and I weight 45.8 kg like actually, I wanted to eat healthier than losing weight because I have belly fat and I wanted to get rid of it so starting from now this August I want to be thinner and I wanted to Love myself/Love my body cause I’ve always fat-shaming my Arms cause there big and my legs look short cause it’s thick and These days I always compare myself to any K-pop idols cause their so pretty and they have a nice body. So I’m very thankful that you made this video! I hope you're safe! 🥰✨
Please love yourself you are so young and will grow and your body portions out when you grow don’t start dieting now or you may damage your metabolism. I started when I was in 6th grade and my stomach hasn’t been the same so please take care

I started dieting at around 13 as well, and back then it was such a thing for girls to want to be underweight, it wasn’t a healthy mindset to have at all. I feel like it really stunted my growth because I wasn’t getting enough nutrients, and like you said, it messes up your metabolism. While I think wanting to be healthier is definitely a good thing, altering your food intake too much might not be the best idea! Maybe you can join a sport and be more active while still taking in the necessary amount of food your body needs to grow.
U shouldnt be skinny neither thinner. But be fitter and toned. Go eat healthy food and exercise but do not limit yourself too if i crave a cake. U should eat enough cals u are so young u will grow in height too.. dont just lose weight numbers aint it all. Just turn the fat into muscles n u fine yk

LoveYourselfAsMuchAsJinLovesHimself 0T7 thank you for telling me because I have been working out since 11 years old and I stopped a bit because I was so young then and when I turned 12 years old I really workout for 2 hours because I feel heavy but my classmates told me that “why are you going on a diet you look thin” “don’t starve yourself it’s bad for your health” because at that time I felt that I wasn’t good, I had a lot of pimples, I feel fat and ugly so now in 2020 my goal is to have a healthy mind set and eat well reading your comment made me feel better because I know it is bad for your metabolism cause sometimes if i eat so much like chips,chocolate or ice cream i will starve my self the next day. I searched on youtube “10 things i wish i knew before starting my fitness journey” and the best ways is:
1.)Results don’t come easily
2.)Don’t look at the weight on the scale
3.)nutrition is Key
4.)Pick a workout and a diet (eating healthy) is best for you
5.) Do not compare your self
and I should not torture myself! 🥰✨
