Whoever the 8 people were that gave this a thumbs down must not have a clue what music is all about. Or what top shelf musicians we have the pleasure of viewing.....
Seriously this never gets old, haha. Monsters of talent. This world was built for these legends to be smack dab between light and dark, and rock the house!!
A viste ese vídeo ,en la musica que deje allá en montevideo hay unas cuantas de este guitarrista, para mi muy parecido al gran Jimi Hendrix te recomiendo okey hermano igual fin de semana feliz
But close your ass well, you can't even reach Stevie's heels. What are you Steve vai? moron. You hear Jimi Hendrix that's why it hurts to admit that stevie is so much better
Stevies having a blast and letting us listen in. Always loved Jody. But the Stevies just ran off on her! This is maybe more than half improvised. Jody is having a blast too. But watch her face as the Stevies just run off! So glad I ran across this. It would be great if someone would ask Jody about this performance. I am sure no one would forget jamming with the Stevies like this.
You can really hear how good of a sound Stevie Ray Vaughn got out of his Guitar when he raised the Action & used 13 Gauge Strings tuned down a Half Step to Eb Standard, good balance between tone & playability. Was the Drum part played on a Drum Machine?
This is why it’s worth digging around RUclips for music.
I’ve been down the RUclips rabbit hole many many times and have always discovered some cool AF s*^t!
You're so right, I dug for this
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The two greatest Stevies ever. Pure gold.
2 Stevie's are always better than 1, this is proof... Wow! Just pure awesomeness!
Stevie Wonder (Keyboards, Vocals), Stevie Ray Vaughan (Guitar, Vocals), Jodie Watley (Vocals), Brown Mark (Bass) and Salt-N-Pepa. Amazing!!
What a band. SRV blends so well with this funky union.

Jodie Watley was also on Tambourine.

Whoever the 8 people were that gave this a thumbs down must not have a clue what music is all about. Or what top shelf musicians we have the pleasure of viewing.....
3:03 To this day I still cant tell whether that note was Stevie's guitar or Wonder's voice. It blends exceptionally well with the solo.
That was SRV’S guitar
Yes I agree I believe it was srv hitting a note on the axe.. man what an undescribable legend!!!!
The first sound (with a vibrato) is Wonder's voice. Vaughan's guitar came in direct after.
Ok now that's a funk overload. 😜👍
Stevie Wonder: Keyboards & Vocals
Stevie Ray Vaughn: Guitar & Vocals
Jodie Watley: Tambourine & Vocals
Brown Mark: Bass & Vocals
Salt-N-Pepa: Backing Vocals & Small Percussion Instruments

Mark Brown a.k.a. Brown Mark, he played bass in Princes' band the Revolution from around 82'-83'ish to 87'-88'ish. Very capable monster on bass.
anyone would want to collaborate with Stevie.
Solo SRV e Prince potevano stargli dietro in questo pezzo
