Really happy that this one released on Xbox (and gamepass), looking forward to play it
Great game. I am on my 5th run of the main story with the DLC subclasses
it should already be on gamepass - i just looked it up. It was trying it on gamepass, that convinced me to buy the full game :)
Is this game done or are there new official content coming?
New official content is released consistently. I think the next DLC will feature more class options give the feedback poll that put out a few weeks back. Cheers!

I swear in some dnd humans get a plus 1 or 2 to Charisma
Are you thinking of variant human? They get different attributes? Maybe a different edition?
Humans get a +1 to all stats
