This just happened to mine.. Exact same sound and not spinning. I was going to order and install new one but then i came across this video.. I'll give this ago first to see if it fixes the problem.. Thnx

Remember to be safe with the electrical. When you get it apart hold it tight when you test it so it does not spin out of you hand. Good luck.
