You don't need to have the mat's in your inventory to build in your town, and you can move your structures after they are build. Edit: You need to kill the bandits at the camp you was at up North and rebuild the small bridge South of your place to unlock the bronce... (if you hover over a region on your map, you get all the info in the lower right corner) .. Tin you can get N-E from your town, in the mountains.. or buy it from traders in the mining town. I just got the game last week and have a big starter town now. Paper is used to build the mantion buildings...
@UR-manden I did figure out the inventory thing. That is a nice improvement. I didn't realize they changed it so you can move buildings after they're built now. Thanks 🍻
