- Another Haunting San Francisco Bay Area urban legend can be found at San Jose's Santa Teresa Springs. According to the legend, this spring is a Gateway to Hell! Where does this tale comes from? Who knows...but it is interesting and it's tied to the Historic Ranch right next to it! #HappyWandering! #WanderwithAwe

Very nice. Went there and it was amazing.
The legends and hiking videos are my absolute favorite! Hope everything is going great Alice!
Thank you so much Della! Yes, they make the hiking trips more fun too! I am doing well. I hope you are doing the same! xx
We went today after seeing your video! Lots of turtles in the pond and wild turkeys all over.
Holy crap. I grew up right on top of that place and didn't even know it was there. I walked to Bernal Jr. High from near the shopping center with the Lucky, Thrifty, and Round Table. I guess the Lucky is Albertsons and the Thrifty is Rite Aid now. I left in 1981.
This is the cheeriest and sunniest gateway to hell ever
There are even sunnier ones in the Bay Area...maybe I will share them if I can pinpoint where they are...some descriptions are so vague...
