Pasquale is the best Italian chef on you tube, great recipe for ceviche, i sometimes make a mixed seafood ceviche with snow crab legs, shrimp, cherry stone clams, mussels, some chunks of white fish, a big bowl.

Thank you for all your authentic recipes! There are other cook on you tube that pass bad information. Thank you for the inspiration this episode had me laughing when you told the battery to shut up. One last thing consider adding equal part squeezed grapefruit juice to lime juice in your ceviche. Cin Cin

I've just been looking into getting a UPC. A unit of that size probably won't keep the lights on for very long. They're pretty much just designed to, for example, keep your computer powered just long enough to save your work before it runs out of juice. The lights probably use less power than a computer, but it still might not have enough charge to get you through a whole shoot. Also, those larger ones tend to have two sets of outlets. Both sets are surge protected, but only one set is connected to the internal battery. That might be why you weren't able to get all of your lights going.

As a Peruvian, I can't imagine eating any kind of Ceviche with bread, no way, but I think that if we eat "Tallarines Rojos con Papa a la Huancaína" (spaghetti in tomato sauce with potatoes and a spicy yellow cream) then you are allowed to mix seafood with bread, lol. I love your recipes. Thank you!
