    मुझे भी कुछ दिन पहले तक यही समस्या थी । फिर मैने सुबह जल्दी उठना शुरू किया और थोड़ी एक्सरसाइज भी शुरू कर दी । अब नहीं होती बिलकुल भी ।। सबसे ज्यादा फायदा मिलेगा सुबह जल्दी उठने से ।।

    This is true. When i don't have lunch toh mujhe neend nahi aati.🙂
    But when i have lunch i go to sleep for atleast 1hr.😭

    On and off im facing this issue... What i concluded with different experiments.
    Eat half what you eat usually.
    Or do not eat rice bread roti... You will see the difference

    According to my theory -:
    Hamari body 1 machine hai aur machine me yadi ham kuch daalte hain kisi cheej ko jyada se Kam karne ke liye to machine ko jyada work karna padega theek usi prakar jab body me khana jaata hai tab hamare maximum cells active ho jate hain use hajam karne ke liye jisse hamare ko active rakhne wale cells ka dhyan divert ho jata hai khane se important energy lene me ,,isko 1 aur example se samajh sakte hain jaise jab ham bike ko idiol speed pe chalate hain to use kam petrol chahiye hota hai lekin jab ham use jyada speed pe chalate hain to jyada petrol chahiye hota Hain yaha speed khana hai aur petrol neend yani jyada khana =jyada neend aur Kam Khana =Kam Neend ,,i hope aap sabhi ko ye comment kuch logical laga ho ..

    According to ayurveda, this problem occurs due to increase of kapha dosha. This has happened to me also. I have to quit my job because of it. These tricks helped me:
    1. Avoid rice and rice based products in lunch
    2. Avoid anything uncooked like salad of onion and cucumber
    3. Avoid anything cold like ice cream after lunch.
    4. Avoid cheap butter. And anything heavy
    5. Avoid a gap of min 40 min after lunch or any salty food before drinking tea.
    6. If you can, do tail màlish before exercise or before morning bath.
    6. Don't use milk or curd or anything cold/ uncooked in the lunch.
    These things immensily helped me.

    This is due to evolution process,
    Because in those days men hunts , for a normal lunch they need to work immensely hard,
    I mean catching a prey wasn't easy, it was jungle. Than after eating food they need to take rest, due to that hardwork.
    And that's why since now too, after a strong workout we feels immense hunger.
    I suggest as a MBA in food business, you must try a powerNap of atleast 7 mins.

    Noon nhi mujhe to mrning 10 o clock k baad bhi problem hoti h , chakkar aate h after having chapati or parantha , isliye i stopped consuming this , me having fruits only in mrning , no meal in noon to avoid sleep ,

    Body ko khana digest krne me bhi energy lgti hi hai..log to ab pranic meals khate ni...sarir me pran shakti kum hogi to aisa hota h.. jitta jada ho ske utta fresh fruits khae ..60:40 ratio me fruits salads or anaj khae...taki sharir me pran shakti badhe ...white melon ka juice best hota h ..subah khali pet wo piye....or 2meals k bich 6hrs gap rkhe...bhuk lgne pr khae pet Khali hone pr ni...or na hi routine pura krne k lie 3 4 tym khae agr 3 4 tym bhuk lgti h to hi khae....maine khud try kiya h or kr rha hu early morning juice fruits....11bje breakfast then 5bje lunch then raat ko ek glass milk...

    इसमें कुछ research और होना चाहिए। ये क्या वैसे लोगो के साथ भी होता है जो रात में 10 बजे से पहले सोते हैं और सुबह 5 बजे उठ जाते हैं। शायद जो रात में पर्याप्त सो लेते हैं उनको ये परेशानी कम हो सकती है।

      जी सही कहा, भोर में उठने के बाद दोपहर तक बहुत लंबा समय हो जाता है और शरीर आराम मांगता है। खेती की जो दिनचर्या है वो यही है और हजारों सालों से यही है। तो भले ही अब हम पिछले 30 40 सालों से दूसरे काम करने लगे हैं, लेकिन शरीर तो अभी वैसे ही बर्ताव करता है।
