*I'm so happy I made productive decisions about my finances that changed forever with the help of Gianna Everett. I'm a single mother living in Vancouver Canada, bought my first house in October and hoping to retire soon if things keep going smoothly for me🇺🇸🇺🇸*
Not surprised someone mentioned Gianna Everett,I'm also trading with her company,I'm excited for being recommended to her,she applies great skills while trading
No doubt, I met her in a conference meeting in Canada, many people testified about her excellent investment strategies and I decided to be a partaker of it. Her excellent investment stories are everywhere
Same here, she has been a good help to me and many of my friend, my first investment of $3,500 I got a ROI of $8,500 in four days and that liberated me financially, Can't stop appreciating a friend who referred me to her

@Chris Young look her up on the internet and leave her a message she's quite popular for her services as she was recently featured on cnn. She can work with anyone irrespective of where your located.
@Chris Young I do the same thing, I do not have big money on bank account. With the right property in market and sales advisor, we will be on right track. Right now 3 estate done with loans which I turn to plantation and earn money from it, 2 more to go.
He is just taking a break to explore his interest. Thats not retire. And his designation was director on his most recent corporate employment which means he should have earn at least half a million usd a year and he have worked for past 15 years and his wife also working. Obviously he has strong sustainability background to take this break that he could afford. All this not count his other income potentially earn from side hustle, biz, real estate if any. So its not like his not generating any money after his recent job. He stil earning by just switch mode from corporate employee to social entrepeuner

Hi Rahul, this was so good personal finance with Mr. Vijay Mohan sir. Please interview our Guru Mr. Subra sir from subramoney channel, who is the author of many books like Retire Rich
Interesting content. Thanks for sharing. I am 31. Completing 10 years in corporate this year. Aiming to get out of the rat race at the age of 36 :) Strategy: Did MBA, got into Data Science and moved abroad for work. I will move back to India at 36 and lead a simple life while doing something I love.

அருமையான பேட்டி! Rahul, I can not retire that early due to my financial situation, but I am getting lot better with more savings. But still I started my side hustle (Organic Farming in US with my family support) two years back while working fulltime in IT. This kind of experience would give me a better opportunity few years later to do it in full time if I decide to retire bit early when my financial situation gets better. I can see lot of improvements in my energy level and satisfaction in my life with that hard work going on the side.
I just want to know something, Can u interview some aged rich people , how do they feel abt ageing even though they have money, what r lesson they r giving ?
The housing market depends on how the tech sector is booming in the region. For example we got a house in Seattle 4years back and the price now has doubled. Since the equity market is down, we are pulling out the money and closing our housing loans quickly as this is the best time. Once the market starts picking up, we can start investing money in shares again.
Applying for environmental engineering is another strategy. If anyone apply for a not popular course in USA or any other country, you will get the admission for sure.
Wonderful interview and its really valuable and useful questions!! from your end.. Brother on suggestion, can see lots of interruptions while he is answering or going in a flow, given few spots FYI, nothing to highlight or hurt... hope you will take it in right sense ...22:10, 22:42, 30:30, 31:00, 35:23, 39:14, 41:04, 43:08
Sir you are running a youtube channel so that you are earning passive income after retirement also 😊 but , every one can't succeed in generating passive income & thereby earnings will be stopped if retired early and can't be completely dependent upon the savings amount 😊 Savings is important and also earning is very important ❤ Some can succeed in their life even after 40 years , who knows but if retired early how can one succeed 😊 FIRE ( Financial Independence Retire Early) is nice and fancy but it will not not work for all ❤ Life is about enjoy our career and spend for family 😊 I will work till my last breath
Investment is much priority then buying house and a new car. Don't forget to optin Medical insurance cover for the whole family including parents before retiring.
This is a great video. One thing I just have to say because I noticed it - the guest looks like a slightly older Pradeep ranganathan. Down to the mannerisms and expressions.
From India, Chennai. Am kinda in vijay's mindset now. No such plans for retirement but I practice FIRE movement kinda in FAT stage now since my age is lesser. Save close to 90% of my income in savings of which 60% channel it to equity primarily via MFs, but switching to direct ones via smallcase and direct management. so far I've got more than 30X of my yearly exp in my net worth including land, equity, cash, bond, SGB, P2P lending etc. Strictly follow save and then spend rule, buy what heart desires but not for others that's key mantra. Equity MF portfolio stands at 11% upwards and direct investments at 45% upwards still. Great to see the synonymous thought process, to check my alignment or track
As what Mohan sir said, vacation is only way to explore the real potential of yourself because that we spend a day with our self. It will create more room to think because, this is one of the way of breaking the rat race❤

Market rebounds, but can't focus on long-term due to retirement and reserves affected by inflation. Need a dependable data path and prompt solution.
