During my childhood, there was no money, no house, and no food.
If you've experienced such a situation, you'd understand that.
I can't say money is more important than family.
My point is, that money is not more important than everything

I guess loans/debts are country-specific matters. There is this concept called good debt vs bad debt. If you bought an asset with a loan and it is growing at a rate more than the loan interest rate, I guess it is a good debt. For instance, a property (may not be true in india). But generally speaking, real estate elsewhere is one of the ways to grow money and it is good debt.
On the other side, bad debt like a car loan (universally) is a liability. Because the value of the car always goes down. Same for credit car loan or personal loan.
So just becos someone has loan, it doesn't mean he or she should not invest. It depends on what kind of asset they have.
And diversification is a key thing here.
31:10 , that question was not fully covered .. 20's is also for enjoyment.. so we need that balance. Completely investing doesn't makes sense and Completely enjoying doesn't makes sense
