      Hi, Miguel,
This is a very complex question where the answer depends on many factors. To even know if there is a possibility, many other questions would need to be answered. If you would like a consultation to analyze your eligibility, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll be happy to take a closer look and see if there is a path for you to gain lawful status in the USA.

Can the psychologist be from another country?

      Hi, Gabriella,
This is an excellent question. It might work, given the prevalence of tele-video appointments now. We have not tried to use an out-of-country psychologist for a case, but it is worth a try. USCIS will let the applicant know if the evidence in their case is insufficient in some way and will give the applicant a few months to correct the problem. No matter where the psychologist is located, it is always essential to include a resume or curriculum vitae for anyone providing expert testimony or affidavits for a case. If we can be of further assistance, please let us know.

The easiest way to commit emigration fraud. Shame on Vawa.
